The dealer had hidden costs of $3900 on the cost of this

The dealer had hidden costs of $3900 on the cost of this vehicle not advertised on this website. After driving 4hrs, test driving and sitting down negotiating a price they added $3900. Very bad experience, scam false advertising. I received a call back and the dealer offered the vehicle to me for $27000 OTD. I accepted their offer. I made arrangements to drive 4 hrs to pick up the car. They called back later that day and they said they changed their mind and couldn’t honor the deal they gave me. Very crazy experience. My word is everything and this dealership needs to learn what their words means to customers.

Went to get service on my Nissan sentra and I was informed l needed a cabin air filter which I replied l will replace it myself. Being an lndustrial Engineer retired I bought the filter and the filter was clean they lied to me and never even checked it

Terrible experience with Henry.

Terrible experience with Henry. Upon arriving I was double booked with Diana and Henry soon took over the car buying details. First when he was trying to over the price of the vehicle and the taxes and fees. I notice that the taxes were wrong and not of my area and was an additional 400$ more than it should have been. He then return with the correct taxes and we had advised that the vehicle was still a little over budget. Then stated “that was fine that he was not going to lower the price even by 20$ since he had the best price out there”. We advised again we had a certain amount which he then proceeded to say “ That’s great I’d rather not do business with you then and sell the vehicle to another customer”. I was in complete shock and had never had a sales manager tell a customer they rather refuse my business. Would never go back to this specific person considering how rude he was.

Henry and Hiro went above and beyond to help me purchase

Henry and Hiro went above and beyond to help me purchase my new Nissan Altima. As a first time buyer I was nervous and didn’t know where to start. They made it so easy and smooth. I was not expecting to drive off that same day with a new car 😊. I definitely recommend Nissan El Monte.

Arrived to get service on my vehicle.

Arrived to get service on my vehicle. Once arrived was greeted by a gentleman asked for my information took car back. Josh and Leo helped with my vehicle maintenance. The manager Hiro came over check on me to make sure everything was good and if I need any further help to contact him. Nissan of El Monte has been great with my new car! Thank you .
