Had a few isdues with my subaru..they wanted to charge me for 3 different scans at 189$ a piece..I said no ill go somewhere else..theyvthen said they can do just the one scan..which reulted in exactly what I told them the problem was

I’d have to say the shopping experience was very good.
I’d have to say the shopping experience was very good. No high pressure, sales consultant spent plenty of time going over the car with us, sales manager was fair with the negotiations. The pick up process was very good and the followup. I’ve bought from West Herr dealerships before and they’re a class act. They’re on the opposite end of the county from where I live, there are two other Subaru dealers closer but based on past experiences with West Herr it was worth the drive. Plus Subaru is an excellent car. Great crash test results, lots of safety features too.
