I can’t seem to get this dealership to get back to me to
I can’t seem to get this dealership to get back to me to sell a car that has been on their lot for over 100 days. I wanted to begin negotiations before I arrived in town. Wanted to have it all buttoned up . But after many attempts to negotiate I’m giving up. I have waited all day for a return call two times. That’s 2 times too much. I have been open and transparent but they haven’t. Stonewalling, one word answers , etc. I told them I was looking at other cars and I think I have found another and that dealership returns my phone calls, texts and emails.

Sent my wife down there for some minor issues on 2017
Sent my wife down there for some minor issues on 2017 Ford escape the emergency break chimes was going off off and on they said for $700 they could fix it and name the part got it home did some research found the part that they didn't even have on their list a wire harness $17 on eBay fix the problem these guys are crooks in my opinion go to Butte go to Helena if you have time their service department really sucks

Not happy with the service that I did not receive
I made an appointment over the phone for the recall notice that I received. I was told it would be 2 months before my truck could get in for service, so I made the appointment and put it on my calendar. I drove 55 miles one way to the appointment only to be told they couldn't get me in for another 2 weeks. I'm not happy at all, totally unacceptable.

Jason Santistevan was most helpful this morning as our 2020 Transit 250 AWD Eco Boost 22,000 miles engine light came on as we leaving Bozeman on a trip. Quick code read showed cylinder mis-fire. We worked with Jason and wound up leaving the van for thorough diagnostics. Jason was quick, knowledgable, efficient and customer friendly.

Great customer awareness!
Arrived at dealership with an immediate problem of A/C nonfunctional. With the summer heat approaching, we were very unhappy. My husband and I entered the Service Consultant area to find that 1. All representatives were busy and 2. No appointments for 2 1/2 months. We were very pleased when we heard from the end consultant desk "How can I help you?" Wow, someone is offering customer service! Jason Sanistevan said that he would like to assist us, however, could he keep our vehicle for 7-10 days and he would work us in. Under the circumstances, this was a fair offer Good to his word, he got the repair completed in the promised time frame. Walked away very satisfied!

I stand corrected. I wrote a review regarding a very disheartening experience at this dealership. I went so far as to say that no one there gave a crap. I was wrong! I received several phone calls from the General Manager, Jeremy. He took the time to really listen to my frustrations and concerns and said He would do whatever he needed to do to fix this. He came up with an immediate plan and it truly changed my perception of this dealership. He brought home that it's about communicating on both sides! Incredible Customer Service...Stellar!!! Thank You

Bottom of the Barrel for Customer Service
I purchased a 2013 Ford Flex from a different dealership that didn't do their due diligence and catch the recall on the Toe Link Suspension. This causes your tires to wear down on the inside and as I just bought new tires I was quite concerned. I live in Livingston and after an oil change is when they caught the recall. I called Kendall Ford ASAP and got an appt, that was 6 weeks out even though this was an issue with the manufacturer. I explained everthing to the gal on the phone and she checked the vin and said it had not been fixed yet. On Monday, October 10th I went in for my appt only to be told that I had to leave my car for the week. I was shocked! This was a recall!!! I explained to the service man, "Craig" that I had no other vehicle to get work at 4:30 am nor did I have way home, as I live 25 miles away. I also let him know that it had to be done by Friday because I had to go out of town. He said,"We might be able to have the Diagnostics done by Friday. I went out to the waiting room and starting calling Family members that may be able to come get me. by Thursday morning with no word from Craig I called Ford back to get the status of my car. I'll give Craig the message. Two hours later I called again, nothing. My third call the gal said I will take a note and put it in front of him to call you. No call. My last call I made it clear that I was coming for my car no matter what. Same gal said,"Well he's been on the phone and now there are 2 customers waiting for him". I said I'm a customer too!!! There's a recall on my car I started call at 8:30am, this is not right, I just am asking for the status of my car. She said if you don't hear from him, I'll find out for you and will call you back. Nothing from anyone. Late that day Craig finally called me with every single excuse there is as to why my car was never even looked at. After asking if my car was safe to drive to Missoula, His response was, "Well you drove it here didn't you? To make it even worse when asked about a loaner, He said Yea we have loaners. He then inferred that it was my fault for not asking for one on Monday. I was told by a salesman that Ford doesn't have loaners. The worst customer service I have ever, ever experienced. This dealership is at the bottom of the barrel for customer service. I'll never deal with them on any level and I'm quite sure they don't give a crap!

Ask for Tom Storey in Sales
Great dealership and car buying experience. I called Tom Storey regarding a new Explorer we saw online. Tom found it and held it as I had a 3 hour drive to Bozeman; he had it cleaned and ready to go upon arrival. The sales manager quickly appraised our trade in and I was out the door in record time. Finance manager stayed late to close the deal and it was overall as pleasant as a car buying experience can be.
