I purchased a used Honda CRV 2012 10 months ago from

I purchased a used Honda CRV 2012 10 months ago from Napelton Honda in Morton Grove,Il. They assured me that it was inspected by their mechanics and was all great condition, I have to replace the engine that my mechanic assured me that the dealership sold this car to me knowing about the engine failing. I called manager Charles after 2 calls with no response, finally got him on phone and all he said was “sorry you had a bad experience “. They are liars and sell cars knowing they are lemons. Shame on them! Horrible business practice, just wanted to give people heads up on their business practices. Thank you

We called in advanced about our interest in a used Honda

We called in advanced about our interest in a used Honda Odyssey CPO. The dealership is currently under construction with very limited parking (no fault to the dealership). I had several questions for the salesman in advanced, he assured me he would have answers when I arrive on Saturday. We arrived and he still didn't have the answers. He also assured us the vehicle would be cleaned and prepared for us to take it home with us today if we choose to. We arrived and the vehicle was clearly not cleaned, dirt on carpet, headliner, seats were dirty and several of the cup holders still have contents. He mentioned he could take a few hundred dollars off the price for us to detail the vehicle on our own. At this point it was clear their focus was to make a sale and not delight the customer. I asked for the CPO inspection and service history per Honda's requirements. He was able to provide the inspection sheet but said everything serviced is mentioned in the Carfax report (this is not true). A group of employees stood at the entrance while smoking, not even offering to open the door or acknowledge potential customers. If we were to purchase a vehicle from them, I wouldn't feel comfortable they would take care of us in the future. I personally would not recommend.

I bought a Honda CRV Hybrid Sport L. Tom Eckardt was my salesperson. Tom was forthright and efficient. He made the process a pleasure. In and out with in one hour. The way car buying should be. Yuriy Fiskin was the finance manager for the sale and Yuriy was professional and proficient and thereby contributing to my overall excellent experience. Thank you both!

I just purchased a 2021 certified Honda Pilot from the

I just purchased a 2021 certified Honda Pilot from the dealership. My credit is at an 830. The dealership took my trade in. 2 weeks in, it still has not been paid off. I called last week and the finance director promised to expedite the payment. I checked last night (7 days later) it has still not been paid off. I called and said that I wanted to k to the GM. A sales manager called and was saying he would ask for the check to be overnighted. I aske if he could guarantee that. He said the contract says 21 days. He called back and said that it would be overnighted but there are only 3 people who can sign for it and 1 isn't in today until 3:30. When I asked why I was promised this was supposed to happen last week and it didn't, he said that he would not be my punching back and then hung up the phone on me. Now, I am going to file a report with the BBB.

My 2023 Honda HRV was sitting in the parking lot of my

My 2023 Honda HRV was sitting in the parking lot of my school when the back window exploded outward. No impact. School surveillance cameras show the window shattering. Just exploded on its own. Overcast, cloudy, light on and off rain and roughly 60-65 degrees F outside. I used the defroster in the morning which apparently may be connected to factory malfunctioning of the rear windshield. Drove to Napleton Honda in Morton Grove and was turned away with no assistance offered. Been trying to reach manager but no call back. Desperate to get help, I drove 56 minutes to another Honda dealership and was helped immediately. Not sure why one Honda dealership was able to help me but not Napleton Honda in Morton Grove.

Bought 4 tires from Castle Honda in November 2021 & later

Bought 4 tires from Castle Honda in November 2021 & later that month Napleton take over the facility. When I bought the tires I was told that the new ownership will honor the warranty on tires, but when I went for the tire issues the service department denied to honor the warranty on tires and told that I have to pay the for Tire rotation & tire replacement, which is damaged. I left couple of messages for both GM & Service manager but never received the call or any solution to this. Anyone, who has the same kind of issues with service dept. or someone advice what to do next.
