The worst experience I've ever had.

The worst experience I've ever had. They call you constantly and pressure you into making a deal. They claim they have the exact vehicle you're looking for, but once the deal is made, they try to give you a completely different one at an inflated price. When you go to pick up the car, it turns out it's not the vehicle you agreed to buy. If you refuse the switch, they threaten to delay your refund for up to six months. Worse, they say that if you complain or take legal action, they’ll drag the process out for a year and may even take you to court. On top of that, they threaten to charge a cancellation fee. This behavior came directly from both the manager and the salesperson. It took me nearly two months to get my money back. Because of Mr. Medina and the manager i lost over two months trying to buy the car and after i figure it out they will never gave me the car i pass months trying to take my money back. In the end, I bought the same vehicle in New Jersey no issues and over $10,000 cheaper than at this dealership. Avoid this place at all costs.

Left a $500 deposit for a used VW they were selling, that

Left a $500 deposit for a used VW they were selling, that needed a repair competed (selector to change driving mode, including enabling all wheel drive, wasn't working at all -- which I needed to point out to them when test driving). Waited 10 days for them to get the part and complete the repair Tuesday evening. Went back in Saturday, the soonest I could (due to work), to find that they had sold it this morning. Adding insult to injury, they had charged $20 transaction fee on the deposit that they won’t return (card dispute underway). They knew nothing about the car’s history, nor what work they had done on it in preparing it for sale, and were very condescending and rude at the idea I wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection. Typical NYC sales attitudes.

Worse car experience ever.

Worse car experience ever. went to location on Monday to pick a new suburban, there was a lot of red flags, bad reviews on yelp and BBB but was trying to give them the benefit of a doubt. BIG MISTAKE, after spending all day on Monday and agreeing on a car (taxes, fees and closing cost were 20k by the way). I didnt have cash for the 10k down payment and because I wanted to take the car same day I used my CC which had a $400 fee, I signed all the documents just to be told afterwards that the car wont be ready, I got upset and told them if that was the case to void the payment on the CC and that I would bring cash the next day (Tuesday), next day came and I had to call the dealer several times since nobody reach out to me to let me know car was ready, finally got in touch with them later on the day and was told car not ready due to servers been down, car was for our son who is a US Marine and his birthday was on the next day (Wednesday). Now we are been told that car wont be ready until FRIDAY. I told them to cancel everything and will be getting the car from another dealer. THANK YOU FOR THE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND THANK YOU FOR RUIN OUR SON GIFT. You have signs all over your place that you honor our military yet you treat the parents of one of them like xxxx.

I bought a car at this dealership and stayed at the

I bought a car at this dealership and stayed at the location for nearly 12 hours, without the professionals being able to conclude the sale or even make a decision. I handed over my car as part of the deal, and the next day, I was forced to return. I spent more than 8 hours being humiliated, with lame excuses saying the delay was normal and that they couldn't do anything but make me wait. They asked for all kinds of documents, even though I had clearly informed them from the start which ones I could provide. Tired of the complete lack of respect, I decided to buy the car outright, since I had already handed over my vehicle as part of the payment, and they told me I couldn’t back out. I paid the difference in cash, and still, my rights as a customer were completely ignored and disrespected by completely unprofessional and uncommitted staff. The treatment I received and the negligence regarding my time and rights are unacceptable. The whole experience was an enormous disappointment!

This my Third Chevy Equinox 2nd from this dealer.

This my Third Chevy Equinox 2nd from this dealer. After negotiating $ 359 $ 1200 down. when I went to their finance dept. This guy charge me $ 1300 more and put into my lease payment $ 423. He told me that is the tax. Actually it was included in the negotiating price. Then of course they will not give me my money back. They are cheater and I call them and agent do not pick up his phone.

This is a great car dealer, professional, and honest.

This is a great car dealer, professional, and honest. I trust them.They are also transparent and willing to negotiate. I recently purchased a car from them and it only took me about 48 hours to get the car and to drive out. They gave me the plates, bill of sale. and registration within less than 30 minutes after the car purchase. The car they sold me was exactly what they described. They deserve more than five stars for being honest and transparent. I personally have had bad experience with several car dealers in NYC and Long Island and I know how misleading some car dealers can be; however Sunrise Chervrolet is an exception. They promise and they deliver.

Stereotypical sleazy bait and switch dealer.

Stereotypical sleazy bait and switch dealer. Drove 3 hours to look at car. Tried to charge additional $3500 "dealership fee" and $1000 "document fee". Went down the road and bought a newer certified pre owned vehicle at a much better deal with no added xx fees and they included an aftermarket $100k mile warranty in the deal. I'm so glad I walked away. You should too.
