Car pickup,, oil change tire rotation,,, One lug on each

Car pickup,, oil change tire rotation,,, One lug on each tire tightened..car shook so bad I thought back end was falling apart,, Simply rushed job,, I could of been killed.... not pleased with Genisis anymore..

Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever. I have had nothing but one electrical issue after another in the 5 weeks I've had vehicle. Was told they went through electrical wiring. Didn't even get home in it and rear lamp light came on. The key light comes on, the other rear lamp light comes on, the sunroof doesn't function properly. I'm having to take this vehicle back to dealership on my days off. A 2 1/2 hour drive one way. They said they replaced brakes and rotors. My rear breaks are grinding when I apply breaks and break dust all over rims. I wanted to go through my bank, but the finance man said, "no, we going through this one." I know now why, because my interest rate was sky high. I feel like I was manipulated into buying this vehicle. I kept trying to get them to let me check on somethings and they kept telling my why I should buy it and what a great car it was. There are so many things that has happened and I have found out about the sell. Vehicle issues, over pricing, I tried to tell them within 2 days I wasn't happy with it. They wouldn't even try to work with me. All they cared about was the sell. I, personally, would never buy again from them or recommend them to anyone.

I had a recall on my 2021 GV 80.

I had a recall on my 2021 GV 80. The Conway Dealer agreed to pick up my car over 100 miles away on a flatbed. It also had an engine light on which I diagnosed. They said they would have the car 3 days. They drove a filthy G70 to my house and drove my car back to the dealership. I had to wash the loaner 2 times before I could drive it. When I got my car back 12 days later, again was driven and not on a flatbed, it was covered with bugs. The battery bracket was lying in the back and the retainer bolts were missing. I gave the Conway dealer a bad review and a few days later, one of the customer service reps called me at 6:30 on a Friday evening and ripped into me for the bad review. He had no idea what service was done to my car or what I complained about. He was pissed about the review. I bought my Genesis from a dealer 10 minutes from my home. 3 months later the dealership was taken away from the Hyundai dealer and now the closest dealership is over 2 hours away. After my phone conversation with this person, who by the way called me on his cellphone, probably so it would not be recorded, the last thing he told me was that he refused to service my car in the future. I am completely soured on the Genesis brand. And the concept of separating Genesis from Hyundai was for better customer service?????
