Thank you Bob Johnson for yet another great experience with Meghan Garofalo my sales person! I have leased 4 cars from her and will continue to do so. She is incredibly honest, knowledgeable and doesn’t mind my continuous questioning if I don’t understand something. She is very respectful and responsive to any concerns I may have and has invited me to come back if I need further assistance “getting to know” my new car😀! I highly recommend Meghan!!!!

First off, found a car that they had advertised on
First off, found a car that they had advertised on Facebook marketplace, contacted them, they replied 2 days later at 12:27 am, yes, in the middle of the night. When I voiced my irritation about being replied to in the middle of the night, I was reprimanded and then promptly blocked. As they had the exact car I was looking for, and there were no others anywhere else, I called them and made an appt to see the car. Showed up for my appt and was informed that they had sold it. They told me that if I wanted to, I could still look at it, but as it was sold, there was nothing they could do. WILL NEVER GO BACK, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Markups galore
They want $25,000 over msrp for a Toyota Corolla. That should tell you all you need to know about how scummy they are. This dealership should be ashamed. The GR Corolla is cool, but it’s a stretch to say it’s worth the massive price tag even at msrp. One of my buddies in our car club got a Morizo Edition just like the car they are selling here, and it’s just plain not worth that kind of money. I was looking for a Circuit model, but stumbled across this joke of a dealership in the process. I’ll never do business with these jamokes, nor would I ever recommend them.

Harassed by Security will NEVER go back!
My wife and I both work late and needed to drop her car off for service the next day, so at 9:30 we used the key drop which has a security camera directly above where we parked. My wife filled out the form, put the key in the envelope, dropped it in the designated key box and walked to my car. At that point a security gaurd BLOCKS me in with a defensive driving manuver and starts harassing my wife asking what we are doing there. She had to tell him multiple times and I got my cell phone out to call 911 and went to roll my window down to ask what the issue was, and he sped off. So we complained. The next day the manager called with a weak apology then defending why security has to be so aggressive due to theft, but failed to understand WE WERE CUSTOMERS! We will NEVER go back and have been shopping for a car, and have decided Kitty VanBortel will obtain our business from now on.

Poor service
On a visit of 3/ 29 for a routine inspection,we were told we needed brakes. On 4/ 1 vehicle reinspected at another site,brakes were fine truck passed.vehicle not washed or fluids checked as stated. We were at Johnson for 2 hours for inspection. Sent email to Johnson and a week later no response
