Very bad experience. Was looking into a vehicle which was a trade-in. I found that it had failed a safety inspection. I wanted to see the report (because who wouldn’t?????) The so-called sales manager refused to present the inspection report. At this point I politely terminated, at which point the “sales-manager” suddenly became very rude, talking about “nobody has inspection reports” and I’m “cutting off his head” and stressing that somehow because the vehicle is being sold AS IS that they don’t have the car’s history and I shouldn’t be asking for the car’s history. What?! That’s all the more reason why I should ask for the car’s history! Very unprofessional, not to mention that the so-called sales-manager had very poor grammar and spelling. Felt like I was talking to a common hooligan, did not feel at all like I was dealing with a reputable establishment. No transparency, no manners, no idea why this establishment has a single five star review. Disgusting.
