Don’t use their service sept had gas shocks on the back replaced, they went out after one year and 4 months, called to see how long the warranty was it was 4 months past ask if they could help since it cost me $1200 a year ago they won’t helped.I bought the car from them 10 years ago so the gas shocks lasted 10 years before they went out but a year when they replaced them.Terible customer service, plus I wasn’t called back when they said they would call back had to call them.So I think they did me wrong on this repair.

Worst car buying experience of my life.
Worst dealership I have ever worked with. The car we went to look at ended up being priced almost 5k over market value. They where not willing to negotiate at all on the price so we decided to walk. The salesmen got offered and kept trying to get us to look at other cars. We decided to look at one other car and after sitting in it just did not feel like the right car. I just was not comfortable in the car. He kept pressuring us, and trying every trick in the book. He then told me wife that feeling comfortable in a car does not matter when the car comes with a lifetime warranty. We decided to leave and he got mad at us for wasting his time. Do not goto pals.

I had a truly atrocious experience with PALS from start
I had a truly atrocious experience with PALS from start to finish. If I could give zero stars, I would. They are the most unprofessional, uncoordinated group I have ever dealt with and it’s clear they have absolutely no idea what they are doing. PALS purchased my Porsche on behalf of a customer of theirs. We agreed on a meeting date and time for them to transfer funds (pre-agreed upon with how it would occur) and pick up the car in DC. I showed up at the agreed upon date and time and waited for 30 mins before the PALS rep finally responded to my calls, texts and emails to tell me that the person they sent to pick up the car missed his flight (which they knew 2 hours earlier when he actually missed it). When he finally showed up nearly 6 hours after our agreed upon time, he showed up without a check to pay off my financing company. PALS had the payoff quote with the specific information required for the payoff for nearly 2 weeks in advance. I then had to waste 4 more hours of my day waiting for them to sort out how payment would be made. Comically, they wanted me to release the car to them with just a verbal promise to pay off the loan at a later date. When they finally did wire me the money nearly 12 hours after our original agreed upon time to meet, I then had to drive their driver to a hotel and drop the car off with him at that hotel in the morning so he could drive it back to Knoxville. While I thought the saga was over, it turns out PALS is so incompetent that even though they have all of the forms and documentation that they need to have a clean title issued to them, they are still bothering me a month later for items I have already provided them. The customer they purchased the car on behalf of also had nothing but negative things to say about his experience with them and the rep he was working with at PALS was actively not responding to his calls and texts. Do yourself a favor and save the hassle of dealing with these clowns. I would have rather sold the car for scrap value than deal with PALS.
