Was told I would get a second key for the vehicle I

Was told I would get a second key for the vehicle I purchased, weeks later and several messages, I still don’t have a key! I’m being told several different things and now just being ignored. The first time I went to look at this vehicle the guy said he couldn’t lower the price, the next day the vehicle dropped 1200.00. Never bothered to reach out to me, I had to go back and deal with another person.

Greeted promptly and professionally for scheduled oil

Greeted promptly and professionally for scheduled oil change. The service was completed within the time I was told. The waiting area was clean. When my car was ready, it had been washed. The gentleman who greeted me, had me sign a couple of items and showed me where I was parked. I was very pleased with the level of service.

Ron is a wonderful employee who helps me w questions

Ron is a wonderful employee who helps me w questions about my 2021 Sonata. Only wish the oil chg wasn’t soo expensive. Twice as much as anywhere else. Ugh! 😩 otherwise service impeccable.
