John Tan is great!! Every time I come in for service John, as well as others, treat me as if I were their only customer. John is knowledgeable and above all honest. I actually enjoy coming in and waiting in the showroom while my car is being serviced.

Frank is an excellent salesperson, consummate professional, very responsive, and always available. I led sales organizations for large financial service companies globally for many years. I would hire Frank in a heartbeat. Hopefully I’ll find a dealership here in Boston that can provide me the same high level of service and brand insight. I bought a CPO 911S this weekend from Porsche Downtown Chicago. The staff was great, but special thanks to my brand ambassador David Chan. David was responsive, thorough and knowledgeable. He kept me informed throughout the process. The strong customer service really enhanced the experience.....and the car is beautiful....and exactly as David described it to me.

NEVER BUY AN USED CAR FROM THEM!! I saw a BMW 750 IX, 2018 Model on the internet. I called the Porsche Dealer and sent them an offer. They told me they have a few more offers and if the car will still be available on Monday then they will accept my offer. Monday morning I got a call from them, and they said they accepted my offer. They sent me an invoice which was $500 higher then the offer price. Before buying the car I asked them for the inspection reports, and they suggested for me to go to the BMW dealership which was closest to their dealership. They told me they will drop the car and pick it up once the inspection (costed me $400) was completed. I got the itemized inspection reports which revealed no issues with the car. I drove 6 hours to go pick up the car out of state. After driving 2 weeks my car had major issues. The Coolant hose started leaking. I went to the BMW and got the quote of $4000 to fix the car despite getting a extended warranty from Porsche. But when I called they said they can’t cover the cost of the hoses. My Sales Manger, ANDY, was very rude to me and said he can’t do anything and why didn’t you check the car before buying it. I was told the inspection report was normal at time of buying, and I asked him why the cosmetic damages were not mentioned on the Internet. He said he didn’t have time to post everything on the internet. I feel like I was lied to and the original condition of the car was not revealed to me. I will never buy a car from the downtown Chicago Porsche dealership as they are very unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful.
