I had the interior and exterior protection package...

I had the interior and exterior protection package installed. They threw away part of my floor mats, couldn't be bothered to put them back properly, and they didn't wash my car before putting on the ceramic coat so it looks awful. Also had cruise control installed and it only works half the time.

We have bought a few cars from this dealership over the years, but it has been about 10 years since the last one. We went back because our previous experiences were good, and we were lucky enough to still find a friendly, knowledgeable staff that was able to help us get exactly what we wanted.

I will never recommend them to anyone. Basically sold me a car that has more problems then it’s worth. Was told they would fix it, that had it for a month and it’s still not fix. Stuck with a xxxxty car for 21,000.

Work was done that I did not request. An unnecessary $160.00 diagnostic was done to tell me nothing was wrong. A credit for this would have been nice.
