I bought my car from AutoSavvy Fort Worth last Friday, and the whole experience was seamless! That morning, I submitted an inquiry on a Toyota GR86 before they even opened, and Breanna promptly reached out to me to schedule a test drive that same afternoon. When I arrived, she already had the car pulled up and ready to go. After the test drive, the rest was history—I drove away in the sporty car I’ve always wanted! The inside of AutoSavvy is extremely clean, the staff is professional, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. My Vehicle was not ready for pick up. The manager drove it and return it filthy.. And four months later and I’m STILL waiting on my plates and registration. Now I’m RUDELY being told they will get to me whenever they do. Unsatisfactory grade for sure

The sales mgr, Randon, is rude and a bully! DO NOT do business with him! However, sales assoc, Ali and sales director, Jeremy, are gracious, patient and were intent upon providing excellent customer service. Because of them, I did finalize the purchase of a really nice vehicle!
