Before I share my experience. Let me first say I am an advocate for Kia. I have had three vehicles and I am love the quality at a reasonable price and the warranty to boot! On the other hand, based on this location specifically, I have had the worst experience I have EVER received! I been serviced by Kia Plano TX, Southwest Kia north Austin, Kia Moritz alliance and Kia south Austin In past. All locations provided average to above average service. Some have even gone above and beyond my expectation. In April this year I had purchased a certified preowned vehicle from this location. The sale associate I worked with was pushy and told me that I was not allowed to use my own financing. (I came with my own approval in hand from my credit union.) after they ran my credit 12 TIMES with different financial institutions they came back and advised me they were not able to match or beat the APR and loan parameters from my bank. At that time they switched it up an said I could move forward with my own financing. (As at this point I was about to walk) Which now negatively impacting my credit due to the number of inquiries. Then just before the sale they had increased the price an additional $400 to “make the finance manager happy” I was so exhausted dealing with them I was not willing to stand the fight over and waste more time. Unfortunately, my troubles didn’t end there. 2 days after leaving the lot.. The AC went out and I had to wait a week for a compressor. (Understanding this is not a new vehicle. I was patient and knew the Kia location I go to would help resolve the issue) then other issues started to present themselves with the vehicle. Grinding brakes, unstable driving and other sounds come from the vehicle. I had made the drive to round rock several times to try and get the matter resolved. (I live in Kyle tax mind you) I was told “this is a AWD vehicle and they drive rough” as the issues progressed I demanded repairs and after escalating my Concerns to the general manager Brandon. They finally heard me and assessed. However one still remained and progressively got worse over a short period of time. I had reach out to this location because the issue was not a warranty item. The end result was me paying out of pocket for repair. Prior to this, I made two separate attempts to contact this location to inquire about my warranty because I Had documents showing my warranty was cancelled. Round Rock Kia failed to return my calls after speak with two different individual and addressing my concerns with my warrant that was cancelled in June. (These calls were a week apart) after waiting an additional 2 weeks. Which In my opinion should have been ample amount of time to inquire and follow back up. I had then sent an email to the general manager to explain my experience and that no one had return my calls. To this day... several weeks later I STILL have not received a return email. The issue with my warranty has been resolved. and the location I take my Kia to is proving me with proper service on all the other warranty item issues on this vehicle. (I am choosing not to promote the location I go to because I want this to be know that out of ALL locations I have visited under the KIA brand. This is by far THE WORST.) I have lost countless hours and stress over dealing with the representatives at this location. The general manager is rude when I did speak with him on the phone (until you are there in person his demeanor changes) and none of the people I spoke with were genuine or actually took ownership for what the Kia brand represents. I know the Car buying process is known to always have it hurtles and challenges and most people dread it. I personally and professionally think this is because of locations like Southwest Round Rock Kia. Their professionalism, attention to detail and just Basic customer service is very poor. This experience has made me rethink the Kia brand. However in good faith, I am confident that I will NEVER go to this location ever again. So I share my experience to help those who are thinking of visiting.

I had a great experience, I went to Kia dealer to check prices and deals, I bought a new car. Mathew Howell is an excellent sales person, very kind and respectful. Great great Dealer.

I am lost for words..... In a very good way, Kia as a...

I am lost for words..... In a very good way, Kia as a brand and product took me by surprise and gave a very refreshing and stark contrast to the stale and copycat designs most other males have seem to fall in, our salesman Steven was beyond helpful, you can truly feel that Steven really cares about what you’re investing in and wants to make sure you’re comfortable with what you drive and what you’re going to pay for said vehicle rather than just caring about you buying something, we were undecided for about 4 hours, NOT ONCE did I feel like we were being pressured by him into saying yes, he never gave up on us and was very receptive, as someone who works at a dealership in the area, I can say most sales people are not up to par with the customer friendly approach Steven gives his clients, great job Steven! Great job Kia for this hire!!!!

Would like to thank Rob Gonzales for his patience and kindness with all the questions that I had ask him. If he didn’t know the answers he would find an answer for me. He took the time to show me several cars until we picked the right one. If I did not like or see anything that would satisfied my likes on a car he took the time to searched at other dealers to see if they had the Kia Sportage that I wanted. I highly recommend Rob as a great salesman. I love my Kia Sportage and I love Round Rock Kia. They made it possible for me to buy a car that had all I wanted at a good price and affordable payments. Thanks Rob and Round Rock Kia.

This is the second time that I purchased a Kia Soul. I really like that not too much . "haggling " is required . They publish a reasonable price for each car. Steven Atkinson was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The finance lady was the only person who sapped the joy out of the experience. She was rude and not helpful. We are very happy with our new Sol and our experience with Steven.

Steven and Matthew were awesome. Steven helped me so much...

Steven and Matthew were awesome. Steven helped me so much and was so patience and care about his customers. Even though, I didn’t get approved for the car I wanted, steven made me want to come back and buy a car from Kia. Matthew was awesome from the time I got there until I finalized paper work. Matthew even walked me out and showed me how to use everything and get my phone set up. Both men have great customer service and rock.

I bought an used Kia Forte on 2012, and that car never...

I bought an used Kia Forte on 2012, and that car never let me down. Service at this dealership was awesome all the times that I took my car for oil change. Always great. Fidel Martinez always takes care of us in English and Spanish when we had to clarify something on either language. We decided to buy a newer Kia, so we traded in another car. He helped us get a pretty good deal that I am extremely happy with. We asked one million questions and made him go get several cars to try and he was in the best disposition to hear us out and show us whatever we asked for. I always dreaded this kind of situation when you have to go get a car, because you fear you will walk out with something you were not willing to sign up for, but that was not the case.
