Jorge M. is the best service rep from any dealership that...
Jorge M. is the best service rep from any dealership that I have ever serviced my vehicle with. I've dealt with him before with regular preventative maintenance and he has always been friendly, courteous, and professional. This is the first problem I've had with my vehicle and Jorge went above and beyond to get the issue with my vehicle fixed. He worked with the extended warranty people to get my work covered and he had my part picked up from another dealership so that I wouldn't have to wait days for it to be ordered and shipped. He didn't have to do any of that, but I am grateful that he did.
