I will not allow how I feel about my experience with one

I will not allow how I feel about my experience with one employee, Scott Clark, to ruin the attention and concern that Christian has taken to make sure that my purchase has gone smooth. After speaking with Scott while Cameron A. was helping me I was ready to walk away, even told my dad, "I am on my way home". Christian approached me because he remembered me before. And to my surprise I left with a vehicle. I have had some issues since my purchase and Christian has been open, honest and upfront on how he plans to make sure everything will be handled. I appreciate the response to text messages and even phone calls on what I believe is his personal cell. I bought my last car there, and so did my daughter. If we can get this one issue that's MAJOR to me but I am sure minor to the dealership fixed I will be beyond excited about my new SUV. I would send anyone who asked me about a Kia to see Christian. Hands down!

The people I spoke with were very professional and

The people I spoke with were very professional and courteous. The dealership appears to be practicing bait and switch advertising tactics by listing cars that are not available for sale. There are 4 cars listed that I expressed interest in and was informed none of the cars are for sale. However, the next day I would get a text or email stating the car is available for sale.

Lies, deceit and poor customer service.

Lies, deceit and poor customer service. I came in fir a test drive and was immediately sold a overpriced Tesla. The sales manager would not write his promises on the forced bilk of sale. After the test drive the front wibdshield had a crack. The sales manager informed me to use my insurance to get it repaired. When they determined my credit score was acceptable. The manipulation began. I experience numerous levels of unprofessionalism. I cannot recommend any of my colleagues to KIA Southwest.
