Don't buy from no vehicle from Jim's Auto Repair

Jason is a liar and have no skills of car sales man. Brought a 2006 Lexus GS 300 and driver and passenger seats where tore up and rip up and promise he's going to get better seats and it's 10 months and still hasn't done it. I'm driving down the street when I brought the car and engine started smoking and took it to my mechanic and said there's no oil in the engine and it needs a new engine . Jason don't ever buy anything from him . He's a LIAR AND DON'T TRUST HIM AT ALL. AGAIN DON'T BUY NOTHING FROM JASON WINER

Customer not treated fairly by Jason Jims Auto

An infiniti G35 2006 was purchased from Jason the salesman at Jims Auto Feb 19th 2022. In writing on the contract Jason had some repairs to do struts, line under front , power windows , power seats , exhaust and he added the purchase of a PWI preferred power train warranty for $1,800 in the contract. For 3 months Jason ignored my calls, stated every tuesday the vehicle was ready and it was not. He has rude behavior (what is warranty for) (you have a car) , being nasty on a telephone call with me at dmv. I called the Pwi warranty twice in March 2022 and once in may 2022. Teresa and Jake Pwi warranty stated my car was not under warranty. May 12 2022. Jason gives me another warranty PWI budget for $750.00 12 months this is not what I wanted nor paid for . As I discussed this with Jason he had another story (nonsense) the warranty will renew, there is tax on the warranty. I called PWI warranty May 16th 2022 to verify at 2:30pm and spoke with Linda she stated there is no tax on my warranty and a payment of $750.00 for 12months was made and it will expire may 2023.Jason is not truthful he told me May 15th 2022 that the warranty was taxed and my contract will be renewed next year. Jason owes me $1050. Jason deceives customers, he's horrible and its not right to treat a customer with such bad behavior. His action are unacceptable and this was a terrible experience . Jason Jims auto needs to refund me $1050 he does not have the right to keep it $1,800-750= 1050 no tax
