Henry was responsive.

Henry was responsive. However, the car I was interested in, he couldn’t find on the lot. Apparently, the dealer used the car for a loaner. I ended up buying another Audi q5 from CarMax.

Horrible experience over a measly $300 credit over a

Horrible experience over a measly $300 credit over a tire. BMW told me it was approved, and then the manager left, it wasn’t in my file, and even though Hayden in the corporate office verified that it had been approved, they refused to honor it. $300 - how cheap is this corporation? I will never buy another car from this dealer.

This dealership is fantastic!!! We were so happy to have Rich assist us with our car purchase. His caring personality was amazing and deeply appreciated. Everyone here made sure we had a great experience. Special shout out also to Henry and Nick!! Everything went smooth.
