I met with Sean in Golf Mill Chevrolet Customer Service. He carefully, methodically and professionally went over my concerns, logged my emails so he could review them and moved forward on a plan to address my service issues as well as my regular 75,000 maintenance. Later, he followed with text messages, an email and a phone call to keep me updated. Finally, he arranged for me to be picked up and brought back to the shop when the repairs were complete. I was very pleased with the service provided by Golf Mill Chevrolet and would highly recommend them to others.
