Your response to my point that you do not wash the customers cars after servicing them weas class. You told me that you do not have a wash rack. And that you didn't even tell me that you were putting in a wash rack. Same answer as three years ago. They only difference is that back then you said you were going to put in a wash rack. Nice..............

Let me just start off by saying.....I have never met a more patient man/salesman than MOSHI!!!! This was my first ever car buying experience at a dealership and the anxiety was real. But no one else I would have rather had as a product specialist, than Moshi. Words cannot even begin to express my appreciation for his services. He was very punctual, professional, transparent, understanding and genuinely made the entire experience as comfortable as possible. Not to mention, he's very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicle systems. As difficult as I was as a first-time buyer, I commend Moshi for patiently working with me on site of the dealership, for hours, without giving up until I was comfortable enough with signing and driving my car off the lot. His dedication truly paid off because I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I arrived pre-approved for a loan and left with a better rate after their finance dept. hooked it up. Even after my purchase, Moshi checked in to see how I was doing with my purchase. Truly cannot express how thankful I am to everyone at this dealership for taking the time to work with me and easing my anxiousness with the process. Seriously though, promote a brotha! Moshi was the best!! Highly recommend working with him if you're looking to buy your next vehicle! Thank you to everyone at this dealership for your efforts. I'm forever grateful for my Mazda CX-5!!

took 2 days off from work and sat around both days.
took 2 days off from work and sat around both days. needed a wheel. Ordered it and paid for it and then scheduled install. wrong wheel. they say pay $500 more and we will order you the right one this time. take a 3rd day off from work and come back for install. No one has reached out and Golf Mill still has my money. Sort of unbelievable. Sean is a very nice guy but everything else about my experience was totally negative.

I was a "walk-in" customer.
I was a "walk-in" customer. I called the dealership and the person on the phone said there is an opening and I may come within 5 minutes. When I got there, the person who greeted (he seemed like the manager) me was upset I came as a walk-in. He asked for the phone representative's name, which I did not remember. He signed me up with Jonelle, who was friendly, polite, and courteous. I felt that the annoyed demeanor of the first person was very unprofessional. I've been here before and had no problems last time. It was great service. I'm hoping this was just a one-off incident. I plan to come back later in the year.
