Leaving a negative review because we were promised a $50

Leaving a negative review because we were promised a $50 gas gift card in the post-sales experience of a recent car buy which we never received despite several follow-ups & voicemails. Seems like a silly reason to lose a future maintenance customer and get some bad reviews, but whatever, it’s their business I guess. Salespeople at the dealership all seemed nice, but wouldn’t recommend doing business with a place willing to be dishonest with you.

Do not take your vehicle here for repairs if it is

Do not take your vehicle here for repairs if it is stolen. I made the mistake of doing that. I was told to take it to Don Jacobs Toyota even though my vehicle is a Hyundai and I really wish I would have listened. My vehicle was stolen on November 13 and recovered on November 14. It was towed to Rosen Hyundai on the 14th with steering column damage and the driver's side front door handle missing. The passenger side window was halfway down and because of the theft, I wasn't able to close the window. I called and told them to please put something over the window so rain wouldn't get in anymore. I was assured they would and they didn't. The insurance company told me to go and get my stuff out of the vehicle on the 19th of November because it would be detailed when the repairs were complete. I let Antwone at Rosen know I was coming to do that and the inside of my vehicle was completely soaked because they didn't do anything with the window until they knew I was coming there on the 19th. My vehicle was there for 10 1/2 weeks (2 1/2 months!)! Antwone was terrible at responding and keeping me updated. He was also caught in a few lies. My daughter (who worked in dealerships as a service advisor previously) talked to the service manager and he didn't know what was going on. A service manager that doesn't know what is going on in his shop. What is that?!?! My vehicle was supposedly done on January 27, so I went there and it was not detailed. Antwone took a long time to get it because he took the papers and manuals the thieves threw around in there and put it all on the passenger side floormat and put it in the back and pretended like it was detailed. I refused to take it, so they were supposed to send it out for detailing (that the insurance company had already paid for) on January 28. I went to pick it up after work on the 28th and it was wiped down and vacuumed not very well. I think they just did it there and lied again. I had a bad experience once before, but nothing like this. I thought taking it to a Hyundai dealership would be the best decision. I was so wrong. It was an awful experience and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through that. Having a vehicle stolen is so violating and difficult, but they were able to make it even worse.

I was told it would take one hour to change the oil and

I was told it would take one hour to change the oil and rotate the tires. 1 hour and 45 minutes and still not done. Very disappointing. Will think twice about buying/ serving at Rosen

Everyone was great to deal with.

Would give 0 stars if possible.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Appointments mean nothing at this dealership! Vehicle wasn't ready at test drive appointment and we waited 45 minutes for them to go put gas in the car. Waited 2 hours for appointment to sign paperwork that took less than 5 minutes. Never got copies of said paperwork that they were going to email because they were busy. Requested another time to have it emailed and it wasn't done. Then asked for it to be mailed and it wasn't done. They also messed up the title so I had to go to DMV to get it fixed. I ended up having to drive an hour to the dealership to get the paperwork and it wasn't on site so I had to wait again.
