I'd rate a 0 if i could.

I'd rate a 0 if i could. Made an offer on a car listed for $23.5k. and several issues immediately. That price is only if you pay $2k. down. Then, paperwork fee is high, ok, $499 while other dealerships are more like $175.. fine. and then... oh.. there is an $1895 pre-inspection fee... Highway robbery, unethical, and a scam. No wonder the bad reviews... I was going to ignore the reviews because the deal seemed good... but of course, the $23,500 car is actually $28k with just their fees! Avoid and look elsewhere. Found a nice one for $23,900 with a straight talking dealer and only fees are the $175 doc fees.

Leasing my 2025 Hyundai Kona was by far the best car

It was Memorable Day Event when we purchased our New Hyundai 2025 Kona Limited. The Hyundai Bay Ridge Dealership demonstrated team work, integrity, professionalism, and respect. Our salesmen Emre Islik provided us with a pressure free, informative experience. His company on test driving a New Hyundai Kona Limited 2025 car was a pleasure. Making us feel extremely comfortable, enabling us to fall in love with the car. Moe, showed us the infotainment system and answered what ever questions we had. Rohan helped us finance our New 2025 Kona Limited. We spent a good portion of time reviewing different options. He answered numerous questions thoroughly, Allowing us to go with a comfortable plan. A huge shout out to Danny for making our purchase complete. We recommend this Dealership if you want to purchase your next ride!

They force people to write good reviews. You are lucky if you escape and write what you really think. Mohammad tricked us to pay extra $5,000 for the finances car. Promised to correct his mistake but never did. Going to small claims court next week.

This review is for the worst dealership I have ever dealt

This review is for the worst dealership I have ever dealt with, in 25 years of purchasing/leasing cars. In summary, I was being attended to by a salesperson that showed me a price for the Santa Fe 2025 Calligraphy package I agreed to. I paid the deposit we agreed to and was ready to pay the monthly amount he told me of. After days of going back and forth we finally got to the financing office ready to sign the deal, when at LAST MINUTE I was told a completely different price than what we agreed to originally. Due to having paid a deposit already, I was not allowed to back on the deal. This is very unprofessional and simply not good business practice. I finally agreed to the price and picked up the car once it was delivered. They then gave me a car with the wrong tire pressure, and although the window sales sticker states the cross rails are dealer install, they were given to me uninstalled. Lastly, I was supposedly given new tires yet TWO DAYS after receiving the car and not driving much the entire rear left tire blew out while in park. The dealership would not take responsibility for the damages and I had to pay for the new tire out of pocket.

Because 0 stars is not an option. Just a word of advice: if you really want to buy a Hyundai, go to another dealership. It will save you a lot of money and stress!

Victor was my salesperson.

Victor was my salesperson. Very nice didn't try to add everything under the sun to my purchase. Although the F&I manager increase the price which they states they had to, to cover the banks finance charges. In all reality it was to add the extended warranty. I was okay with the price as I too work for a car dealership.

I thought i was going to be able to leave a favorable

I thought i was going to be able to leave a favorable review after I left the dealership but yeah, not so much. This has been by far the worst experience purchasing a vehicle out of state and this is my 3rd out of state purchase. Purchased from out of state 6 weeks ago. I'm currently driving around with an expired temp plate in my window because I've yet to receive my registration for my new vehicle. I called just before the temp was about to expire and was told sometimes it takes a little longer. It's been another 3 weeks and still nothing. Definitely doesn't seem important to them. Communication is not the greatest from this dealer/sales rep and when I do reach out to inquire, I get excuses. On top of the fact that I'm risking getting pulled over and getting ticketed for having expired plates, I got the title last week and it doesnt have the lienholder infornation on it. I did direct financing, so i came with a check but I expressed the importance of including the lienholder information when they did the purchase agreement, because we had to go back and forth about putting it on the purchase agrmt. Fast forward to yesterday or early this morning, I should say. I got a text at 1:14 am after sending a message to the sales rep at 2 pm the previous day. Super unprofessional to text a customer at that time of the morning. And of course as of today, I still haven't received my plates or my overage refund check from the registration fees that I overpaid. I don't feel that I should have to do leg work or continue to follow up when the dealer was responsible for handling the transaction and should be making sure I have my registration and plates that I've already paid for. Soon it will be 2 months since I purchased the ca Mr and he keeps trying to tell me this is normal! This is not normal and I've been buying car for over 20 years. Not once has it ever taken this long. I really think somebody dropped the ball and doesn't want to admit it! Either that or somebody just didn't know what they were doing!
