Long story short, they deceived me about the pre-existing damage to the used car I bought from them. They strung me along long enough to make it look like I was neglectful by saying that they had no record of my requests to service the problem, the first call made literally days after I bought the car. They refused to make good on it, and for spite, canceled my Platinum extended warranty service contract (that was already paid for) without notice, and without my authorization. Find another dealer to give your trust and business to.
