Spoke with Dennis because I was looking for a Chevy

Spoke with Dennis because I was looking for a Chevy Traverse and he was very rude!!!!! Told me they have a vehicle that they didn’t have and wasted my time. I will not give my money to a place that’s is rude to customers!!!!!!!!!! Customer service skills are at zero!!!!!!!

Dont Be Fooled By Them. Just time wasted

Had a very terrible attempted car purchase with them. They strung me along for days, having to sit and wait while i brought the trade and all these false promises on how they wanted my business. I was buying a new Tahoe and Acadia and when they realized i could do the math myself, the attitude changed and there only attempt was to keep from going somewhere else. Terrible customer service. Spending alot of money and nobody had the decency to be upfront that they didn't want to meet me in the middle. Ended up going to a dealer that was more then happy to accept my money and give an honest deal.

New Lease Purchase

I went in on Saturday 07/22/2023 and Franklin Walker was my salesman. Franklin was very helpful and patient as I was undecided with what I wanted. I decided on the Chevy Traverse with the help of Franklin and the Sales Manager Drew. I have to say this wasn't any easy deal because of the negative equity on my previous car. Drew worked with me, and I left satisfied. I will return because I am leasing. And I certainly would recommend GMC Greenbrook and Chevy Greenbrook. Coming from someone like me who can be a bit difficult this review is a big deal. Thank you Franklin and Drew.

Highly reccomend

I purchased a brand new Chevy Colorado on 10/3/22. I was trading in an older Colorado. The trade in and purchase went flawlessly. I was up front as to what I could afford monthly and they got me right into that range. My salesman Tom Crilly was fantastic. Literally the fastest I ever purchased a vehicle (under 3 hours.)
