Tampa Trucks

The owner or owners are horrible businessmen who don’t know how to properly run anything. They let their employees who seem to never be on time to work, dress unprofessionally and leave people unattended for hours lie to people to get them in the door. They make you wait for hours claiming the finance guy is busy. I feel it’s just a ploy they make you wait with the hopes that you’ll be okay with being put in any car because you’ve been there so long. They lie about down payment amounts, lie about what cars you can get. Just full of liars from the owners to the salesmen. I wouldn’t buy a stick of gum from this place let alone a car. I wish I could give them negative star.

Was told a certain price on a down payment and monthly cost and after driving two hours to get there the sales rep change the price

I’m not sure how there in business🤮 Maybe Big Family $$$$ and it just DONT matter. It’s so very sad to have to deal with ANOTHER je/person who could care less.

No dan garantía, compras un auto de uso que supuestamente funciona y en menos de 24 horas no funciona el auto, no se dejen robar su dinero

This place is a scam JOSH is really one basically he left and told us nothing we wanted a Mercedes he brung a FORD CAR with the bumper hanging off and scratches so we tell josh no that’s not right u don’t give nobody a car like that then he shows us a picture of a bmw lies and says it’s out side when it wasn’t then he said he have to go get it 5 minutes away so he brings the car it gets tested everything so soon as we leave the lot at the bottom of the car it was over heating & and allunium foil at the bottom of the car we take it off the car so much oil & the car was heating soon as we left the lot when we went to a gas station call Josh and told him to fix the car it was in the shop since Friday missed work Josh kept on lying saying that it was getting work on I went there I to get my money back ! the reviews are horrible too DON’T EVER GET A CAR FROM THEM!

Crooks...especially Josh. God knows what you did to me and probably others!!! A 500. Car for 7,000. Major fighting in offices. Not a good place!

Great bait and switch scheem you have going on here. Thanks for my work vehicle, but I cant even use it. You're holding my tags hostage. Just not sure why we cant get a straight answer from this place. Ill be sure to write a glowing review wherever I can :)

I purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla. Overall, I'd been looking for a car with a manual transmission and was happy to finally locate a vehicle that had many options. However, there was one item on the vehicle (Fog Lamp and mount on the drivers side) that required repair. The salesman, Gilbert, said it would be repaired after I purchased the vehicle. The manager, Alex, stayed true to his promise and later compensated me for the cost of the fog lamp. Overall, I was very pleased with my purchase !

Class act! These guys work as team to make sure the customer is happy. Jose helped us find the perfect truck, Alex was great in making it happen in the finance department and Gilbert went above & beyond with the details of the deal. My husband LOVES his truck and we will send people your way. Kudos!!

They advertised a 2018 Dodge Ram 2500 Pickup Truck with under 70k miles for $1.00 on 03/27/2022 I replied that I was interested but wanted to know what was wrong with the truck, what was the catch? Cars.com sent me a message that they were contacting the dealer to find out if the truck was still available. Tampa Trucks never contacted me. Cars.com never got back to me about availability but did send me this review form. When I researched the VIN number I found that up until 12/26/2021 it was listing at Tampa Trucks for $37,988 with 114,216 miles. Suddenly on 3/27/2022 it lists for $1.00 with less than 70k miles. What changed?? A little honesty & transparency in a response from Tampa Trucks would have been appreciated, but they chose silence. If there was an entry for zero stars, that is what I would have given them.
