Do NOT buy from this dealer. They are rude, slow and do not tell the truth. I can only imagine how they take care of their cars, but I sure know they treat their customers. Like...you know what.

I have been leasing cars from this dealership for over ten years. I can walk in choose the car I like, sign the documents and I would have my new car to go home with. That's how easy they would make it for me. The workers are very courteous and helpful, I would recommend my friend and family to this dealership..

Quite literally the best car buying experience from start to finish. My sales consultant (Atakan) and the sales manager (Wylie) were incredibly helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. They were patient with me while helping me with a decision, and the multiple test drives that went along with it. Everything was seamless, I received a very fair deal and they made sure to follow up with me after I took delivery to ensure I was satisfied and to see if I had any questions. The experience was so positive, I referred two other people who purchased vehicles there. That should speak volumes!!! Excellent all the way around - would recommend them to anyone. There are two other Mazda dealers closer to where I live but the trip to Hamden was well worth it. If I could give more stars, I would!! And I wouldn't want to forget Lori Xeller in Finance - she was terrific - knowledgeable, efficient and easy to deal with.

Bait and switch tactics on used cars was immediate, obvious, but not unexpected. I had a very similar experience a week earlier at another Mazda dealer over a thousand miles away. I visited Mazda Hamden on May 16, 2024 ready to buy either of 2 attractively priced 2021 CX-5's which were on their website that morning. Was told both had been sold a week earlier. They did not answer my question regarding why they were still advertising unavailable products and quickly switched to trying to sell new or vastly more expensive used vehicles. I must also mention that both vehicles are still listed in cars.com and Mazda Hamden's websites today, May 23rd. Disappointing waste of our time.
