Can’t follow through with there promises, tried giving my

Can’t follow through with there promises, tried giving my my truck back after service dirtier then when I brought it in freshly detailed Didn’t fix half the stuff I asked them to fix even after providing a list. Middle of the deal the apr went up and know one knew but me ( hear why you read before you sign)

I had a very good experience working with Kevin Oakley

I had a very good experience working with Kevin Oakley and his staff. To begin with, Kevin was there at 6:30AM when I dropped my truck off to help me get things set up for service. Kevin was super responsive via text msg to keep me updated and respond to my questions and concerns throughout the entire time my truck was in the shop. Such a polite and respectful man and clearly setting a good example for his technicians like Greg Cooper. Just a breath of fresh air working with someone who is this pleasant and easy to communicate with.

There was a mixup with my appointment that I got wrong,

There was a mixup with my appointment that I got wrong, but Kevin Oakley offered to check the code for my issue before leaving. He detected an issue that looked serious enough that he kept the vehicle at their department and set me up with a loaner. The issue with the Hybrid electrical system was detected and fixed eventually. The other advisor I talked to the previous week when setting up the appointment wouldn’t give me an answer if the car was safe to drive when I asked, didn’t offer to check the codes to at least let me know if I should be driving it, and didn’t have a problem letting me go not knowing if it was safe. It left a bad taste in my mouth, and I began to consider selling the Jeep, and purchasing another make and model from another dealer. Kevin changed my mind about keeping the vehicle because of his customer service and concerns for the consumer. Certain people in your staff need to look towards Kevin to see the type of customer service that’s needed to maintain brand loyalty. I appreciate everything Kevin did for me!

Kevin and the team took care of me quickly as usual when

Kevin and the team took care of me quickly as usual when my RAM shut down for the third time due to fuel injector issues. Great, timely service, but this truck is killing me.
