Agradezco el excelente servicio y atencion que siempre me

Agradezco el excelente servicio y atencion que siempre me dan. El manager de servicio es muy amable y servicial. Fui por un cambio de aceite y me ayudaron con un cupon y termine pagando menos.

Went in for recall items.

Went in for recall items. Dealership allowed rain in Titan, 3 Dents , poor customer service. Elderly, man brought vehicle in for radio check, the dealership didn’t get his permission to do extensive work. He had work next day: he should have been given a opportunity to select a convenient time. This consideration was not extended. No car for work next day- his only car. In the world of real business: Denting vehicle , mistreatment of allowing all front windows down on a rainy day is unacceptable & poor customer service. First time visit. Last time. Contacted Nissan USA CEO , regarding this poor customer service at Nissan of ALL PLACES! I have given Special Care to my vehicle 22 years NO DENTS! Leaving the dealership with dents, moisture inside the cab! Unacceptable.

After receiving 10 different e-mails from this dealer to come look at the car, I made the hour drive from my home to the dealership. Unfortunately for me, the stupid SOBs already sold it. My fault for trusting a car dealership. I should have known!
