Mike Bennice was very easy to work with. There is no pressure and a genuine concern from Mike to make sure you find the right fit and are completely satisfied before committing to a purchase. Excellent

Went in to Honda to see what the Honda Fit was like. Alex assisted me and I was very impressed with both the car and his assistance and helpfulness. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about the car. I will be sure to recommend him to anyone looking for a Honda.

The thing I dislike about buying a car is the stress of negotiating etc. this was my first experience with Mohawk Honda and it was truly a great experience. Camren and Alex along with Dalton were awesome. I’m a person who likes to move quickly in this process and that’s how it went without comprising explaining the car completely. I highly recommend Mohawk Honda and Camren for your next automotive purchase.

Lease buyout

Mike and Linda were extremely helpful in this process. The purchase of this vehicle was not a standard purchase as the vehicle was purchased for one of my children out of state. Mike walked us through the entire process of what needed to be done and made what could have been a very difficult process into an extremely easy one. Thanks to Mike and Linda. If I purchase from Mohawk Honda again, I hope to deal with both Mike and Linda again.

Jumped onto the VIP Train and live every minute of my daughters new car. Luis treated my daughter with respect and knew this was her first car she herself was buying a d treated her like she was in fact a VIP! Very helpful, knowledgeable and made the car buying experience fun.

Service was outstanding! Brought my car in for an oil...

Service was outstanding! Brought my car in for an oil change and the service department did a once over, checked everything and even washed my car. They were helpful in answering my questions and went out of their way to help determine a spot on my paint. Never disappointed with the care and service!

If I could give negative stars on the service department...

If I could give negative stars on the service department I would. I am never going to Mohawk Honda for service ever again! I’ve been there 2 times for service and both times they messed up my service. Let’s begin with the first visit. One of the things I asked for when making the appointment and arriving for the appointment was a simple oil and filter change. When I got the car back, the oil was not changed and the multipoint inspection indicated the oil levels were good. Two days later my oil light went on and I had to do it myself. On the second and most recent visit, I came in on a wednesday for several services, one being my windshield wipers, as they were working but misaligned. They could not complete this service on Wednesday because they had to order parts, and asked me to come back Friday. Okay. Friday rolls around and I drop off my car before work at 2 pm, and was told I could pick up the car after closing at 8 pm as long as I paid over the phone and had a spare key to unlock it. My service advisor, Gunnar Shifley, said he would be there until 5 and would call me when it’s done. Okay. 4 pm comes on Friday and I am left a voicemail that says the part they ordered is broken and they will have to do it Saturday. I tried to call my service advisor, and was told he left early and wasn’t going to be back all weekend. I understand things happen and stuff breaks, so I said fine I will pick up my car tonight and bring it back Saturday morning before work at 8 am, as they offered me a rental for the inconvenience. 2 minutes after offering the rental on the phone, I’m told by both mike Malone and Ian O’Connor that I should just “pay for an Uber” to get to work instead. I did not pay tens of thousands of dollars for a car just to have to take an Uber for something that wasn’t even my fault! What happened to getting a rental?? Then I was told by Ian O’Connor that he would pay double for my Uber ($20 is nothing to take off the price when you’ve just spent $1,500 and they’re screwing you over and leaving you carless). I was also extremely offended when they said this to me, because you could tell they did not care that they left me without a car at last minute. They then say that the next day they will drop my car off to me at my job when it’s done before 2 pm, which is when I get out of work on Saturday. So 1:40 rolls around Saturday and I was told that there is only one driver, so they will have to have a shuttle pick me up and bring me there. They did not show up to my job until 2:30, not only did I miss a doctors appointment, but I also had to make my SO leave work early to come get me and bring me to get my car because I could not wait. When I arrived to pick up my car, some old guy argued with me about calling me to make sure I was still getting out at 2 to come pick me up, why would my work hours suddenly change out of nowhere? Anyways, the service there sucks, the employees are rude, and they don’t know what the xxxx they’re doing cause I even left a list in my car of everything I needed done because they didn’t do my oil change last time and they STILL forgot to put new wiper blades on after they fixed the wipers. Good luck to anyone else that has to deal with their xxxx.
