Great Service Center. I didn’t have an appointment to get a oil change. Took me as a walk-in. I was told I’d have a wait of 1-1.5hr wait. My car was ready within 30 mins. Much better service than Napleton Jeep in Lansing,IL.

My overall experience went rather well. I knew exactly which Wrangler I wanted to purchase and the salesman didn’t waste his time or mine by attempting to sell me something different. I test drove the vehicle, made my decision and began the paperwork. Robert was the salesman my fiancé and I dealt with and he explained everything we needed to know. The only complaint I have was the fact that the Jeep we purchased was missing the Torx set to remove the hardtop. I asked the dealership to throw that that in the deal seeing as I just purchased a 19,000 dollar Jeep, but was unsuccessful. The next day I went back to the dealership because one of my tires needed air, I inquired about the torx set again and this time they sold me the set for 40.00 dollars. Aside from that I am happy with my my purchase.

I love Kelly. She is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Brian the service rep ; not at all. Is he inconsiderate to all customers or just the women.
