Fantastic experience

Great service friendly very accommodating met all my need Steve did a fantastic job will never go any other dealership. General manager Mike Raucci came into waiting room and made sure everyone was taken care of

Best Service all the Time!

I have no complaints with Toyota of Clifton Park. They have always made me feel welcome and has always explained anything I don't understand, which is helpful considering I know next to nothing about cars. They also work around my schedule and look at other options if something can't be done as soon as possible.

Awesome Car Dealer!!!

New Country Toyota of Clifton Park rocks! They take of their customers every step of the way. Great Sales Staff, and Customer Service. I would recommend them to all. They treat you like family!!

No Muss no Fuss

Great service great people Dropped of the car in the early morning the night drop was well lighted and the form was easy to complete. In two hours i received a text message saying my car was done. What more can you ask for!

This was the 4th Toyota dealership I went to in my search. Toyota of Clifton Park was by far the friendliest and most accommodating. They were the only ones willing to work with me on the deal I was looking for. I'm a happy customer!

BUYER BEWARE

I brought my Prius V in for a recall item and was over charged for the parts that were installed. These are the words from Toyota care & Toyota Finance, they were not quite sure why I was charged for everything that was done. I was asked if I wanted an oil change in the process, I told them that I would bring it somewhere else and have it done. I paid the excessive bill and drove it home. Shortly after getting it home, the car stopped running again and I had to have it towed back in again. I was told by their service department that I ran it out of oil and now have a blown engine. The Prius V has just over 90,000 miles on it, I've had it for 3 1/2 years at this point, and I still owe $13,500. The only thing that makes sense it that the car was prepped, oil drained thinking they had a sale, and never filled back up. I was given a car back with no oil in it, I have a $13K boat anchor that Toyota will not stand behind sitting in my front yard since last year. I was called, told my paperwork and keys are on the front seat, get it off their property, or I would need to start paying for storage. They said they would be happy to repair it for $7,200. I had the car towed home and got it back with a flat tire, dead battery, and everything that was taken off the car thrown in the back seat. The car wasn't even put back together. This is the 2nd time the service was way past non-professional. This car still sits in my front yard from last fall. What a xxxx poor operation, the car never came back with the fluids topped off let alone any oil in it, and it was returned to me in pieces. BUYER BEWARE - Stay away from New Country Toyota in Clifton Park, New York. I Can Not give a Positive Review, it would be the furthest thing from the truth.

Just what we needed!

We bought and picked up out Toyota Tundra yesterday, drove it to Boston, and can't wait to get in and drive home! It is very comfortable, has everything we were looking for and much more! If you get the chance to deal with Mike Raucci and his staff, you won't be disappointed. From start to finish, it was better than we expected!

Good experience with sales and overall buying

I receintly purchased a highlander from new county. Sales guy matt bevevino was excellent, would pre-pick and warm up cases in lot, no nonsense pricing and very knowledgeable. The entire transaction was overall a good experience.
