This was a big deal for me. I knew I wanted a Jeep but I'm a small person that has a hard time getting into larger cars. I had my eye on a few but didn't really want to be a pain and ask to drive them all - then Adam walked up to us. I got in - no kidding - at least 7 cars and I drove 3. this man took EXTREME care to make sure that I felt comfortable and confident in my new potential car. when it came time to buy - another dreaded experience - Adam was easy-going, conversational and made that experience a pleasure. thank you, Adam. I wasn't sure whether I would buy or lease so Tim took the time to clearly and accurately explain both options and show me both calculations. I was given a fair price for my trade and shown on KBB how it was calculated also. Nothing is confusing or done behind your back. You work with one person start to finish and see all calculations to the dime. I have never worked with such an honest straightforward car salesman. I don't think I will ever purchase from anyone else again. The dealership is a bit of a drive for me, but I had been to 2 jeep dealerships and none came close to the deal I was given at Bettenhausen. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed words I would never use to describe car buying!!! Make the drive and ask for Tim! This place cannot be beat!

I saw Jamie K. at the Jeep Bettenhausen dealership in Orland Park. It was the best service I've ever recieved when it comes to car dealerships. I had some things come up and I had specific requirments for the type of car I was looking for. For about 2 weeks, Jamie sent me information for any used cars that came onto the lot and had me come in to test drive each one. I had my heart set on a Dodge Dart and she was able to find one that was in my price range and exactly what i was looking for. She was very patient with me abd completely accomadating! I am so happy with my new car and I cannot thank her enough for all of her help. If you're going to buy a new car I suggest you go visit Jamie because she will take great care of you.
