Poor service regarding oil consumption
There is a documented problem with engines consuming higher than normal amounts of oil. There was a lack of internal communication as well as with corporate. After a long process it was proven my car used too much oil. They claimed to have done a “cleaning” that would fix it. It did not I have photo documentation my car was low 2 quarts and I was later told I only used less than a quart. This was an outright lie.

Great Service & Wonderful Car Buying Experience
Loved my new Nissan Rogue I got this past year from Riverhead Nissan, great service was just done on my car, very helpful team super accommodating, quick and easy process when getting my new car. This was my second oil change. Staff are always friendly and courteous. Service area is clean and comfortable. Valet service is great! Will definitely continue.

Great service. Everyone was super nice and professional. Enjoyed a great cup of coffee in the waiting area which was clean and comfortable. Very pleased and definitely recommend!

Great service department !!!!!
They keep you informed of the progress and discuss things with you to get your ok to do the work or not do the work. Friendly employees and very clean waiting area. When they say a couple hours it is a couple hours. They keep your car clean and usually vacuumed too !

Great Service
Excellent service from the time we entered to the time we left. Mr Hiz and his team of experts diagnosed the problem with the filter and replaced it and my Rogue smells like a new car.
