I had a very bad experience with this dealership.

I had a very bad experience with this dealership. They added an expensive extended warranty to my contract even though I did not want it. When I tried to cancel, they kept delaying and never processed it properly. They also did not give me any benefits like free oil changes vb. On top of that, the staff was not polite or helpful. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

The worse bunch of liars !

The worse bunch of liars !!!! Jerked me around the whole day … I went there 2 times .. both times they were vauge with price … but said it had a warrenty … tried to pinn him down with price and what do you know … he forgot there’s really NO WARRENTY but he would sell me one 😂 nice try ….the manager said the salesmen don’t know the money part !!! You have to be an idiot not to see through this crap ….Horrible !!!!

I like how honest and upfront this dealership is.

I like how honest and upfront this dealership is. I literally spoke with them on Thursday and picked my car up on Saturday morning. They took care of everything for me so this way on Saturday I spent about an hour there signing paperwork and was out in no time. Lexi is a sweetheart! I would do business here again if I ever need a car in the future. Don’t go to a different place and get scammed. Come to Riverhead Nissan and be treated the way you deserve and don’t get taken advantage of!

Just had bought a 2023 Santa Cruz Limited(800miles) and brought it to “Riverhead Hyundai” for warranty work on the “Tonneau Cover”!! This is where I met “Service Advisor Raymond”!! He was very “Helpful” and “Accommodating” and took care of Everything!! Bottom Line-“ He ordered a New Tonneau Cover under Warranty!! “Will Use Riverhead Hyundai For All My Service Needs”!! Rick M. I will never be returning to the Nissan service

I will never be returning to the Nissan service department again. This is the second time that I was there where I was treated with complete disrespect by both the receptionist and manager. They should all be fired for the horrific way that they treat their supposedly valued customers. In particular, the manager was demeaning and completely condescending. I stormed out out of their completely upset and my problem unfixed. The only person that was able to help resolve my issue,once again, was the sales person Liana Dejesus. She was also the critical person who helped me the first time I went there after the service department could not fix my problem then as well. I will never recommend anybody to have their car serviced there and it is disgraceful that they even operate and remain open. If I could give them 5 negative review stars I would.

We visited Riverhead Hyundai to look.

We visited Riverhead Hyundai to look. Mark was helpful, polite and friendly- no pressure or hard sell. We liked the Hyundai Tucson Hybrid and decided to buy. Negotiations were accommodating and pleasant. Our experience with the dealership and sales person, Mark was excellent.
