Team Toyota

This is my second vehicle from Team Toyota (my 6th if you count other family members). Traci Brubaker sold us all of them. She is informed and has a "no pressure just want to get you the best deal and be happy" attitude. I take my car in on a fairly regular basis as I put a lot of miles on it. The service department is top notch! I get in and out quickly. I would and do recommend Team Toyota to all my friends and family.

I recommend this dealership for service. I have taken my car to other Toyota dealership and have ALWAYS felt pressured to get things done on my car that weren't necessary. I do NOT feel that way at Team Toyota. I will continue to use this dealership. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

I love Team Toyota! Dan and the service team are really nice and he tells you honestly what needs to be done immediately and later on based on what the technician finds. I recently took my car in after I heard a roaring noise, which I thought was coming from the brakes, but turned out it was from the tires, which Dan told me can happen sometimes. Dan AND two technicians took my car out to make sure it was the tires and not something else and I REALLY appreciate them for doing so. GREAT SERVICE and I'll be back for my next visit!!

I always take my Toyota Highlander to Team Toyota because they provide exceptional service to my vehicle. The service department make sure that my vehicle is kept up to date on the maintenance schedule. I appreciate that the service department inspect my vehicle to let me know about any potential issues or problems my vehicle may have. I also like the fact that whenever I need service on my vehicle I can use a mail in coupon.

Service was started as soon as I arrived ,service people were very friendly and helpful, and customer waiting area was very comfortable with a nice selection of coffee.

I leased my new Toyota in October of 2014. My sales person, Traci Brubaker, was great. She worked with me and helped me to find the exact model & color that I was looking for. They didn't have the vehicle when I was there, but she knew when it would be in so we completed the paperwork and when it arrived, I couldn't have been happier. The ride is so smooth, and all of the equipment is so user friendly. My daughter drove it, and she also fell in love with it. When I have to have it serviced the service people are so nice and go out of their way to explain things to you. I would definitely recommend Team Toyota of Schererville, and a Toyota vehicle to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you for making me purchase easy and stress free. You guys/gals are GREAT!!!!!

Team Toyota is the place to go if you are looking to buy a car. Rick Gonnella was great!! He was super patient with us and helped us get the right car for our needs!! We definitely recommend Team Toyota!!!!

Team Toyota exceeded my expectations in every way. I stopped in looking at used cars and was on my way with a great deal in a few hours. Team Toyota worked hard to earn my business and offered more for my trade in to make the deal work. Their service department is great and all of their employees were helpful. I have another Toyota dealership much closer to my home and I choose to drive the extra distance because of thier service. Not all Toyota dealerships are the same and if you live in the Merrillville area I suggest driving west to the better choice.

I brought my car in for its first service on the car. They service dept was very professional, explained everything to me before the work was done and after as well.
