Service Visit
We brought our '06 Avalon and '08 Sienna in for oil changes. The staff was friendly and competent. They checked the record of service on both vehicles and recommended some procedures for the Sienna. Both vehicles were also give a general check-over, and the Sienna was found to need some brake work. All work was done in the time frame we were told to expect. We have had no problems with the cars. In accordance with the request to write a review I am appending the statement below. I was offered a gift certificate of $25 for parts and/or service. No Appointment!!!
I needed a tire rotation and I walked in without making an appointment. I was taken right away and enjoyed waiting in their classy waiting area. I couldn't believe I was out in less than 30 minutes!! The service was wonderful and the friendly atmosphere will make me come back over and over. I look forward to many years of great service and you can count on me to tell my friends about your dealership.

great friendly service.
I purchase my 2008 Yaris from them. I had Ernie Garcia. He did he best to get the price range I wanted. I love my Yaris. Best gas saver I owned. I just had a oil change. The service was very friendly and love how they even checked other fluids levels along with how the tires look. I was amazed how well they took care of me. I actually been recommending Team Toyota to people. They are even friendly when I go in to get a code for the car wash. I'm not used to service like this so Team Toyota gets 5 stars for everything.

Service and Customer Service
Was in Service departmer this week and Dan was tremendous and very helpful and knowledgeable. Ryan was awesome with customer service and providing me with what my car was worth.\ Bob the sales associate was very nice and easy to talk with, not pushy at all. If I decide to buy he would be the one I would choose. Everyone is very friendly and looks like they enjoy working at Toyota.

Superb Service
I have been a "Proud" Toyota owner since 1997 and have always gotten service at my Highland Dealer. Aaron was my service representative this visit and it never fails that the service is always outstanding. He took the time out to advise me of the repairs my beloved Venza needed which was primarily brakes and kept me informed of the process and the remaining time I had to wait for the repairs to be completed. GREAT, service IN & Out Fast
We took in our truck for an oil change. I was very glad we did not have to wait. The service area was very busy.. Told the service man what we wanted & we were in & out. This has never happened to us before. The wait time was always over an hour. Plus the service man said we could use our coupons for the oil change, to be honest, we forgot about the coupons.It is the simple little things that are so nice. Opening door to let you out & helping you to get back in. All this is GREAT service above & beyound.

Came in for regular maintenance. Greeted at door and was completely satisfied. Took less than 20 minutes and that was with other people ahead of me.

Maintenance visit
I appreciate the ease of making my appointments at my leisure on the internet. In addition, once I arrived, servicing issues were confirmed and the lounge area was comfortable. Although the time spent repairing my vehicle was longer than I would have liked, the employees addressed my concerns immediately when I asked what happened to my car? Overall, the work was done well. Maybe less appointment slots should be scheduled and a flag to the service consultants to check on a car when it has reached its allotted time that was promised.
