Could not find anyone to take a deposit for the Porsche Cayenne! I live in Rochester, NY so it precluded me from seeing it in person. I was initially hoping that you would be able to facilitate shipping at my expense. Instead of finding a solution that worked, I was basically told NO we won’t/can’t ship. Ok, I can find a shipping company. I wanted to put $30,000 down and would finance through you, NO, you would need to come here to sign, we don’t offer Docusign. Ok, I’ll get my own finance locally, no problem. In the vehicle description you claim no gimmicks just good old straight forward pricing, NOPE, you couldn’t even pull that off, $900 dealer gaff charge and a $300 “window etching”. All this on a car inventoried for over 120 days, amazing! I really wanted this vehicle and was ready to finalize the purchase, unfortunate for both of us that it didn’t work out. The sales rep that I worked with was Drake Miller not Molly. My salesperson review pertains to Drake only and shouldn’t reflect on Molly.

We bought a new Sienna from Rick, they did a great job getting us the new vehicle on time, inventory is limited so we are very thankful we got it on time.
