Well she made my decision easy...

I came into this dealership while being indecisive over Subaru or Ford. After this experience, it was clear to me that Ford was the better choice. Customer service was horrendous. The saleswoman expected me to read the owners manual before checking the car out. She was very rude and had sassy responses.

excellent service

I brought my 2012 focus in for recalls without an appointment and they still had it done the same day. Will bring my car back to them every time.

A little misunderstanding

The only problem I had was that I said I was going to wait for the car to be done. But I was going to lunch with a friend and would be back right after lunch. When I arrived back after lunch, I was told the car wouldn't be ready until 4 or 4:30. I was told they misunderstood what I had said.

Overall, a good experience

I leased a 2016 Ford Fusion. Dealing with Hassett was an easy experience. The price was fair and since I already had a Ford Fusion, I knew the car that I wanted. I would not hesitate to go back to Hassett for my next lease.

another great experience

We leased yet another Ford Edge! Unfortunately, this time, we had to wait about a month for a vehicle to become available. Our salesperson kept us up to date with frequent emails. Once again, our experience was a positive one!

Philip

When I got there, the line of cars was blocking the first lane of Hempstead Turnpike. It was uncomfortable having cars and trucks blowing there horns at you for blocking the road. After about 10 minutes, we were able to move into the lot. However, I was happy to realize that I was still out within one hour even with the back-up.
