This is my second time buying a car from Ford of Smithtown. The first time was not so good but I thought I would give it another try being that it was 3 years ago. I couldn't be more happier. My experience was outstanding. With the leadership oversight of Micheal Governara this team puts customer service FIRST! Christopher Kelly is an exemplar sales consultant. He treated me with respect and honesty. I appreciate that there were no vague number games. He did a great job and is an asset to the Ford Company. Lastly, Anthony Osie provided clear options for financing. He wasn't pushy or impatient. He was the extreme opposite.
