I just purchased my second Prius from Sunrise Toyota. I had a great experience with my salesman Christian. He was helpful, and didn't pressure me at all. After spending a good amount of time with me, I was considering a new car rather than used (which would mean I would buy from another salesperson). Even then, he continued to help me find the right car and deal. Ultimately, I decided to buy the used Prius, He took the time to make sure I got a great warranty, and worked with me on the price. I know how unusual it is to find a car salesman that doesn't pressure you and make the whole experience stressful. Christian was very professional and I highly recommend him.

Sunrise Toyota Oakdale I leased my second RAV4 Prime SE Hybrid from Eric Chandler at Sunrise Toyota in Oakdale. My son was so excited about it because it's red his favorite color. This is my 6th car I have lease from him. Every time I go he is so pleasant and so helpful and explained everything to me in detail. Everyone I send to Toyota I always recommend them to ask for Eric. He makes leasing a car these days so easy and simple and always makes sure you leave with the car you really want.

My family (Mother, Father, wife and son) has all purchased new vehicles from Sunrise Toyota. All were told that there would be free NYS inspections for life, as long as we owned the vehicle. After the warranty period, we would go back for paid tire rotations and free inspections. Recently, following an inspection, I was told by the service manager that since I have not had any service performed in some time “on this vehicle”, I would no longer be entitled to free inspections. I explained that after the original tires were replaced, Costco or BJ’s rotates the tires for life for free, hence no longer using the dealership. The manager replied that the price on oil changes is competitive. To which I replied that I change my own oil. Bottom line………. Doesn’t matter what the sales person told you, if you do not have any sort of service performed, you will not receive complimentary inspections. We now have to search through out original paperwork in the hopes that we can find words regarding complimentary inspections. The vehicle that I wanted the inspection on, was purchased a few years prior in the month of September. Following the purchase, we realized that we substantially over paid, as the Consumer Reports new car prices were not available in September. We were very upset, but at least over the life of the car we would recoup a fraction of the over-payment back. Apparently, that is not going to happen. My son found a Toyota dealer in upstate NY which we will be patronizing from now on.

Great service and an easy transaction. Purchased a new Tundra. Was shown several models, picked one and bought it. Steve is the best! Great support.

Thanks to Miguel Delacruz, my salesman, I had a excellent experience. I had a lease that was up in September and went in for a quick talk. Came out with a new hybrid SUV the same day. Test drove the hybrid and Miguel gave me a good basic education about the SUV. I would recommend Miguel and Sunrise to my friends.
