Millennium Toyota was my first choice for dealership when

Millennium Toyota was my first choice for dealership when buying my car with Mark Campbell and now leasing 18 years later for the first time. Edgar Gonzalez was friendly, professional and walked me through the entire process. He is a very thoughtful and thorough sales associate who listened to what I needed in my car and a sale was made that day. Maria was very thoughtful and thorough as well in the financial department. I’ve always been happy with the dealership, sales associates and service department at Millennium Toyota in Hempstead.

Always been charged too much after new ownership, but

Always been charged too much after new ownership, but wanted to take our Toyota to a Toyota service station thinking it was worth it. Nope... this last time we got SCAMMED. They kept our car for 5 hours for the 95k mile check up (it wasn't being serviced the entire time, they were working on lots of cars), and claim it took four hours to change brakes, and charged over $800 just for labor for changing the brakes (charged more for parts and other things). The brakes didn't take four hours to change (it's a 1-2 hour job max). They kept the car for hours while they also worked on other cars, and charged us for labor for the time the car sat there. Charging for four hours of labor for a brake change is a scam and we NEVER coming back (loyal for ten years, and we are done).

Went in to see how much i could get for my 2023 Gr 86,

Went in to see how much i could get for my 2023 Gr 86, did not expect to leave with a truck, sat down with Alejandro, great guy, explained everything simple and to the point, showed me a 2025 Tacoma, i was looking for one but they didn't have one before, but that night they did, i really liked it, did all the paper work, was in out in a minimum of 2-3 hours, 10/10 experience. Ghulam was increible with the finance as well, again simple, i knew what i was getting and everything, two great guys, loved it.

The service Department associate Francisco Cruz is Very

The service Department associate Francisco Cruz is Very nasty and rude has No knowledge on when to Maintenance a Vehicle! It’s so sad to say they have Someone who has no knowledge on when the cars are due for oil changes! This man has told me My oil changes on my vehicle which is driven 100 miles a day 6days a week should be done every 10-12 months in a year! Which is Not correct! I waited 2hours in the waiting area yet he called my phone to tell me he was looking for me while I was sitting there n he never came out to look for me! Very Sad to say he Should not be working in the car industry!!

Please be careful.

Please be careful. I contemplated writing a review for awhile as I had believed this was pretty much a lost cause but I hope this will help someone somehow from falling for additional fees. After having been a nissan family, my mother and I switched to Toyota. We each purchased a new car in the summer of 2022. I originally went to look at a rav I was interested in. I was in no rush for a new car which I stressed as I was borrowing my dad’s second car to get around. I eventually went ahead and decided on financing this car to gift myself on my birthday as I never splurge. While we thought we were getting a “good deal” I have since come to the realization that we were bamboozled, BADLY. A bunch of nonsense fees were added on to the totals on each car which I questioned and was told it is standard. Not once was I informed I could opt out of these. I even recall questioning the final prices as these were HIGH for just a toyota camry and rav with no special features or customizations on either. It wasn’t until talking to others after the fact that we realized we each ended up paying just as much as other acquaintances with higher end cars. I went back months later after speaking with others around me to try and come to a resolution. Millennium Toyota said I could trade for another, the catch was I was in negative equity due to all the fees they charged that I only found out after the fact were indeed not necessary. Shame on me for believing in the words of the sales people, we were each down a large amount and settled down for smaller cars the second time to try and save where we could. I called them out on this the second visit as I told them I would have never signed off had I known those other fees were required. They did some nonsense waste of time and cut some bogus fees off the second cars but I am still down the nonsense fees from the first visit. If you are new to dealerships and financing, please bring someone along that may know more about this so you don’t fall victim! I am now stuck financing a car that has me in negative equity and I will have paid wayyy more than it’s worth.
