I purchased a used Lexus 2007 460 and picked it up 2/19/25, left for Florida 2/22/25 and on 3/4/25 had my mechanic check it out. 2 of the tires shouldn't have passed inspection and they refuse to do anything about it.

Overpriced and not helpful when contacted regarding a used car available on their lot. Disappointing given the fact that they kept contacting me

I purchased a new Toyota Camry Hybrid from Penn Toyota on 12/3/24. The salesperson we worked with was Ahmed. Ahmed was very approachable and knowledgeable about the different features of the car. It was a pleasant experience working with someone like him especially in light of the fact that it’s such a big decision to make. He got us a good trade in value for our car, He also helped connect the app (which is a great feature). I am giving this dealership a 5/5 review because of my experience with Ahmed.

Tommy the lot attendant greeted me in a friendly manner, and helped me with a minor problem. We had a chuckle as well. Michelle greeted me warmly, addressed my concerns about a tire issue, escorted me to the lounge area, and said she would text me with updates. Lori and I had a nice chat before I settled into the lounge. Michelle came to get me to talk to the tech Adrien who reassured me about my tire concern. Everyone was professional, helpful, respectful of my concerns. I cannot imagine better service anywhere.

Gilbert is very welcoming, patient, honest and very knowledgeable. He was really helpful and gave us a lot of attention when we were trying out and learning about our Toyota Corolla. He was happy to spend time showing us all of the features of our car. He is very dedicated to the buyer. The staff was friendly and made it easier to navigate through all of the required documents for the purchase of the car. I will definitely recommend Gilbert and Penn Toyota to our family and friends.
