Cons: -They sent me home with a car that only had 1/2
Cons: -They sent me home with a car that only had 1/2 tank of gas, unfortunately, I didn't realize until I was halfway home. I contacted them about the issue but aside from automatic email replies they haven't shown much interest. I returned their call and they replied with another automatic email response. -End price ended up being 6k more than the asking price without explanation. -Even after agreeing to purchase the bogus add-on insurance from the financer he still wouldn't let up and get the ball rolling and just kept talking about all the benefits we'll have with it. I should have walked out then but I was just so tired from all the waiting around, which I assume is a common business practice. -Management is nice and accommodating but unfortunately, you spend more time with other people and not them. There's clearly some xxxxty business practices going on here, including the financer rudely judging the fact that I keep cars for a very long time and outright stating that his phone bill is about the same price as my monthly payment on the car will be as if that means anything to me and my personal finances. Pro: -Fair INITIAL price according to KBB

Never again
I made the mistake of buying here, I had an issue with my Jeep within the first week I took it in they refused to give a loaner out. Then about a month later my Jeep needed more repair, the service advisor acted like an a55hole, and said we can’t give a rental out. I took it to Marino Jeep with no issues. I will never shop here again.

The price shown and the vehicles actual cost was substantially higher than advertised.I went through the the trouble applying for credit, took a hit on my credit report only to find out afterwards about the73000 dollar increase. Please don't bait and switch.

The encounter I had with the Sherman Dodge dealership is
The encounter I had with the Sherman Dodge dealership is one of the worse experience I had in my life. Starting from the manager to the self identified owner of this dealership, these people have no clue of what fair business practices are or how to treat customers with dignity and respect. On July 18, 2023, I towed my vehicle, 2022 Jeep Compass, to the Sherman Dodge dealership for a diagnosis related to identifying the reason why the vehicle would not start and fix the issue. On July 19, I went to the dealership and I was told that the mechanic was not able to identify what the problem with the vehicle was and that I had to tow the vehicle to another shop but not before paying $639.92. When I asked the manager why I should pay $639.92 if the problem to my car was never found and they were not able to give a diagnose or fix my car, the response that I received was that: “even if we can’t find or fix the problem we tried and because of that you have to pay the amount of $639.92 or you will not have the car back.” The dealership at the moment is unlawfully holding my property and refuses to return it and I am talking legal measures to get back my property. I highly recommend you to find another dealership if you have any issues with your vehicle in order to avoid the possibility of being treated inhumanely, humiliated, and talking advantage of.

The worst. They treat everyone like themselves. Poorly educated morons. I would bet not 1 graduated from high school.. Leased 2 cars from these clowns. That will be the last time.

made an appointment at 7am and due to there paperwork
made an appointment at 7am and due to there paperwork shuffel (got mixed up) not even on a lift until 11 am. This is the third time in for the same problem codes. HOW MUCH TIME AND MONEY THEY CHARGE AND STILL CANT GET IT RIGHT. DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE TIME AND MONEY.

Bad repair service department
A failed repair on the same item 3 times. The service desk lost paperwork and filed work under the wrong name. The work never got done right the first time.
