Never Again! Do not buy here!

I came at 6 PM and did not leave unit 11 PM. I started with one salesman, he seemed nice. We went through new and leasing vs used and financing. It was all about price. I was not going too budge from what I was willing to spend. A second guy came into the conversation, insulting the first salesman but started pitching new cars. No matter what you told the second guy he didn't remember what you said or just chose to ignore as if this was my first time buying a car. I settle on a car (the car I was looking at before the second guy got involved) and negotiated the price. The second guy promised a price and kept showing me paperwork with numbers that were not promised then made excuses for the up charges. Back and forth we went. The second guy was rude, insulting and extremely unprofessional. All he did was fast talk and shoot numbers repeatedly. When I finally sat down with the gentleman in finance and went over the contract, the numbers were wrong AGAIN! Frustrated I left. Three people followed me out to the parking lot. The third guy said something I liked to get me back in but the entire time we walked back to the office the three guys bickered and called each other names. Ridiculous! But I was almost done and just wanted my numbers met. I just don't understand why it took me getting frustrated, mad and willing to walk on the car in order to get what I wanted; especially when was up front and honest from the start. I buy the car after all the promises and assurances but the very next morning the check engine light turns on, the air conditioning stop working and found out the aux does not work. I took the car back the same morning. Afterwards, I went straight to the Attorney General's office, where they told me that this dealership has had numerous complaints and won't be surprised if they receive many many more.

Selling Lemons

I bought a car and less than 12 hours later the check engine light goes off, the heat stops working and found out he aux does not work. This is the most unprofessional and frustrating dealership I've ever tried. Due to the ordeal I went through to get the price I wanted, the bickering i had to watch between employees and the constant amateur sales tactics, I returned the car.

Excellence

I noticed a sense of welcoming as soon as I entered your dealership. Friendly faces and welcoming smiles set me off at a pretty good start. I was taken care of by Tony. Tony treated me as if I was a family member and not a costumer. He made my feel comfortable with the choices I was making and the route I decided to go. I truly felt like I got a deal of a life time. thank you for your excellence! My experience has been nothing but amazing!

Customer Service Problem

All the work done on my car was perfect. My car needed servicing and the car needed body work. Both were great. The loner provided for me was excellent. The problem was the customer service. I dealt with Lester for the weeks/month it was there. I listed with him what the services were that it needed. When I got home after dropping off my car, I called Lester because I forgot to tell him in the building that the horn was not working properly. Lester assured me that he would add it to the list and take care of it. We spoke about five times in the times you had the car. Every time I spoke to Lester I asked about the horn. Do they know why it wasn't working right? Was it working correctly now? Lester, each time, assured me it was being taken care of. Then, when the car was scheduled to be ready and picked up. I asked Lester if it was taken care of, and he told me it was. He also said that since it had body work done, they would check it again to make sure nothing was going on in the process of body work that might affect the service. When I picked up the car on a Friday, the horn had not even been checked. It was not on the list, and it was not checked. I found that crazy since I asked Lester every time I spoke to him about the horn. I have no idea what happened. However, I am thrilled with everything that was worked on with my car.

Well taking care of. They mean business...

When i went in the door i was cautious. First time buyer not knowing anything. Test drove my vehicle and seen an check engine light on, oh no i really want this car. Talk and talk finally came to an agreement they would fix the car for free. Wow. Thinking they would just clear a few codes so the light would go out. Wasnt the case, they gave me an rental for close to 10 days for free. When finally got the call to pick up my vehicle i wasnt able. Their response was ok i understand, your vehicle will be waiting on you. When i came in, it was no lone no wait. Alot of good people their 4 stars all the way.
