So you will be stalled all day while they are screwing you while you wait then whoever you talk to on the phone to get your attention as in your approval for the vehicle you want you want talk to them or ever meet them. The whole process is a scam to me… The lead floor/loan manager needs a high performance leadership class… Hitting the employee/salesperson in front of me I should have left but I really needed a vehicle preferably the I came down there for but anyways! Don’t Don’t Don’t waste your time with these guy just to know you will be robbed! My vehicle was 26,865.00 by the time I received copies of my paperwork my vehicle was over 31,000.00 that’s robbery please people in need save yourself… I was new to the city and alone at the time so they got me don’t let them get you! I hope this reaches everyone in need DONT GO TO THEM!

The deceptive practice of hiding prices to escalate profits leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Asking too many questions is also not welcomed either. The car I bought wasn’t completely cleaned and there was a poor exit to the sale. No review of any of the unknown functions. No wait, Emanuel never asked if we were familiar with everything in the car. Has customer satisfaction gone out the window. I guess the demand for referrals didn’t. You want to make huge profits off your customers, but don’t think your customer care is necessary. I guessed?

Sherman dodge is where I purchased my first vehicle, I was very skeptical as anybody would purchasing from any dealerships nowadays but the experience I received was a breath of fresh air; I was in communication with Nelly who is one of the internet sales specialists, when I arrived she had already let the team know and I was greeted with my first name before introducing myself, the vehicle was already washed and cleaned by service, one of the fastest financing i’ve been through, I was in and out the dealership with the deal i was hoping for within an hour and 20 minutes. Nelly made sure to come congratulate me before heading out, 10 out of 10 i’ve already sent my brother in-law to purchase a vehicle and he had an amazing experience with Nelly as well.
