All I have to say is that due to my last visit I won’t renew my lease with Volvo, I m gone shop for another car ! I end it up paying over $600 on repair for a 2019 car. This is not acceptable! I feel cheat it.

I had some small multiple problems with my vehicle, I called and made the appointment, I was told they wanted to really take their time and make sure everything was really looked at and taken care of, so I was offered a “loaner” so I was able to get to work and run errands with ease which was great, I was kept up with the whole time during the two day service by phone, and when I got my car back I had brand new parts and my car was back to brand new !

Few, if any covid precautions were taken. Employees without masks in customer areas. Scarce hand-sanitizer. Handed dirty pens used by multiple people. Cars barely wiped down with the same dirty rag. Car not disinfected.

I visited four dealers before finding the car I wanted. I appreciated Firas and Tiffany's laid back attitude, it was refreshing to not have the pressure of the previous dealerships. I would highly recommend.
