Run away from this place! Especially on their used Vehicles, They treat customers like crap, their dishonest Faisal-Owners brother is a crook Liar, and Disrespectful to customers and family they sell crashed vehicles with B*S* Carfax! They lie about FIXING and MATCHING PAINT, I left my truck I purchased over a week, almost 2 Just to get half of what was said done, never once was the truck painted to match with the original color! Half the vehicle is a way different color! When used car sales manager Faisal- owners brother was told by me that vehicle was not painted he got verbally aggressively...mad saying I was calling him a liar....Before all this xx I had told him all the bad reviews they had I told him make it right and I will give you a good review, Unfortunately he never kept his word....My wife was treated as nothing as he insulted her as she expressed her concerns also, My family and I decided to stop on Saturday evening to check on the update of the vehicle and when we noticed half the things not done, when accordingly it was going to be ready for pick up by monday we started to point out what was told and what was supposed to be done Faisal- Used Car manager started saying to myself, my wife and my oldest son we were blind, that we needed glasses! So disrespectful after that my younger daughter 7 yrs old started crying! Honestly I have never ever experienced someone being so disrespectful. like this to their customers, We are SCHOOLS FIRST MEMBERS, We had gotten our loan approved through Schools First, The vehicle is a 2022 Tahoe with the purchase price of 47+ thousand, I cannot believe how they cut corners just to make a profit...This vehicle had ripped windshield wipers that day we picked it up it was raining lightly, My wife felt very unsafe half way through us driving it back home! This matilda dealer sells you xx up sales like the AVAS GPS, Paint Protection, or Windshield protection from a 3rd partie provider! Crooks!!!!! I am stressed on this bad purchase....False Advertisement on their CARFAX REVIEW! Lied too, treated like crap and wasted my time driving from the High Desert, 2 hours away, I hope they close them down lose their license, And simply god to give them bad Karma! Faisal blames his own employees for his dishonest actions when told that nothing of what he said was going to be done even their Service Department admits they are only allowed to fix what is told by the owners on used vehicles! So for example if their is 5 things that show up when they are doing the inspection, the owner will only decide to fix 1 or 2 things out of it! How hard is it for them to do the right thing since day 1, and have customers leave their business location feeling Happy and appreciated and keep their business flowing by recommending....But this case unfortunately is not like this! If customers can give a grade I would also Grade them an F Just as they have it with the Better Business Bureau, except I would do an F-

Hope you guys get shut down or sued your sales tactics on up selling 3rd party warranties that not even you as a dealer take misleading information fake information on cars your dealer sale and best of all even the owners brother is a xxxxxxx liar disrespectful your response means nothing because H greg Nissan is rated worst dealer to bad i had to find out the hard way hope no hard working family goes thru this.

See my Google review, this is an add-on. After my review, the used car manager called me and stated that he would take care of the dent. He specifically said "wedo not sell used vehicles with dents, I purchased the vehicle so quickly he didnt inspect....and he would take care of it and send it to the body shop, and he would also give me a free detail." We set a time and a date to meet and as I shared other experiences with him, he said that he would try to make time for us to meet with paul, the sales manager. So I arrived at my scheduled time and date, he was not there, he never showed and in fact he had the day off. They took my vehicle to the body shop on site and specifically stated that they would match factory paint and do a touch up. I was not expecting a touch up. See my picture for the before and after, which is absolutely ridiculous. It looks worse after the touch up. Not just the paint they added, but the metal is wavy. After patiently waiting, they never performed the detail on the vehicle and subsequently I was approached by the general sales manager who said that he would cover half the cost of the body work not honoring the used car sales managers promise and guarantee. They continue to do feed me words of inconsequential matter and jargon, in an attempt to back pedal out of the promise they made me. The GSM said he needed to talk the UCM to confirm the promise I was made and get back to me on Monday. They are liars. The epitome of the stereotype we know! In the 5 or 6+ vehicles I've purchased, I have never dealt with a more incompetent and negligent dealership. Up until today, I was cool and collected. Today, i had enough.

Bait and Switch!
Bait and Switch! Do Not Trust this dealership. Their prices that they advertise are NOT the actual price. They tell after you want to make a deal with them that they there are additional add-ons that they have to be added to the advertised price! All the other Reviews are totally accurate, they advertise a false low price and then after the add-ons, plus taxes, etc etc the price is several thousand higher. Also, you end up talking to multiple people that do not communicate with the other person and their emails don't even match their names! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. (I was interested in the Fisker Ocean One not listed in the pull down menu below, thus the wrong car is listed)

Deceiving business practices. Listed prices on cars are just a hook, when you actually want to buy the car, they raise the price with add ons and "accessories that you are required to buy. Save your time and go somewhere else

One of the worst dealerships I have ever experienced and it wasn't the salesperson. Julee Pham (Salesperson) represented your dealership with professionalism. However Manager Won Hee Kim demonstrated the unwillingness to get a deal done. He showed no desire to "As your local Nissan dealer in Buena Park, we strive to be your one-stop shop for all of your automotive needs." Kim didn't even meet with us at all and left Julee all by herself while he look and hid behind the glass. As a customer with very excellent credit. I would never recommend anyone to shop with shop at this dealership. Especially dealing with Manager Won Hee Kim. Being associated with HGREG.com and this company's moto of "NO-HAGGLE prices is not being represented at Buena Park Nissan

Sunny Singh was my salesperson, and he was
Sunny Singh was my salesperson, and he was unprofessional, rude, and condescending. He told me the price would be the sticker price and then I go to the shop and he adds on 3k in dealer fees. He asks his "manager" and they can't do anything to lower the fees. My advice would be avoid this shop. They are deceptive and rude. You are best off not dealing with Sunny Singh or another sales people at this shop. Sunny Singh is the lowest of salespeople. A fraud. A disgrace. He should be fired.

I was interested in a car on their lot.
I was interested in a car on their lot. Since I live out of state, I hired an inspector to inspect the car for me. On August 3rd I agreed to pay list price. Then was told, there was $3,000 add ons for Avias Tracking System, Door edges and Exterior and Interior Paint Protection. I said, I'm not interested in those add ons. Kevin sent this text... "So if I can remove the accessories completely, and you just pay the sticker price plus taxes, would we have a deal today?" I agreed and asked for an invoice. Kevin said he'd start working on it. Then 6 hours later, texts to say his boss won't approve the removal of the add-ons. It appears I was the only one negotiating in good faith.

El peor dealer para comprar un vehículo , son unos estafadores compré una 2021 Nissan frontier me pusieron esos accesorios por $3,500 y dijeron que si no los quería no podían vender la camioneta , llegamos a un acuerdo , fui a firmer mi contrato me pusieron a alguien que no hablaba español y me pusieron garantía cosa que yo jamás quise poner , me dijeron que era necesario ponerlo y que no lo podía cancelar hasta después de un año , jamás compres un carro aquí son demasiado mentirosos y estafadores .

I visited this Nissan dealership yesterday with the intention of purchasing a cargo car. However, this experience left me very uneasy and worried about potential serious consequences. First, despite clearly advertising a specific price, when I arrived, they refused to sell the car at that price and forced us to purchase 3000+ additional service or protection, otherwise, they wouldn't sell the car to us. This blatant price fraud and coercive sales tactics made me highly suspicious of their integrity. More worryingly, after providing all the personal information for a credit check, they claimed they couldn't find my credit record and requested my wife's Social Security Number and other personal information, ultimately making us apply for a joint loan. That same evening, I had my loan officer check my credit score again, which came back almost 800 scores, showing no issues at all. This made me even more suspicious of their motives! What concerns me the most is that this dishonest company took all of our personal information. I am extremely worried they might misuse our credit information, possibly involving credit fraud. My loan officer, who was also very surprised by my experience. To protect myself and my family, I consider to seek legal advice. I strongly advise other potential customers to be highly cautious when dealing with this dealership and ensure that their personal information is well-protected. I sincerely hope Nissan will address this issue, cherish its reputation, and take appropriate measures to ensure such situations do not happen again.
