Volvo Cars Bend

I had a lovely time at my Bend Volvo dealership. I was there getting a recall problem address on my new/used CX 40. Their waiting room is very nice and comes stocked with some yummy goodies. A nice knowable young man walk me around the lot as I asked him questions about new Volvo models. And the repair team was kind and very quick with the new software updates to my backup camera. Alas, I also had to buy a new key fob for my car, these are really too expensive! However, I know this price is set by their corporate overlords and not their fault. I like the team and will bring Dove (my lovely grey Volvo) back for her next service! Thanks Team Volvo!

I purchased a 2019 Audi Q5 on August 13th, 2025. After some initial back-and-forth about where I could take the car under the warranty to get the infotainment system checked out, Eddie was able to efficiently and courteously resolve my issues. Overall, positive experience at this dealership.

The guys in the service dept are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. We have always had a great service experience with our older Volvo. The problem is always taken care of in a timely manner!

Overpriced for every type of repair. The only good thing about this dealership is that there are plenty of appointments available, most likely because nobody wants to bring their car in due to ridiculous charges.

Purchased a used Qx 80 Infinity , I flew in from Denver and drove it home. They took lots if photos and described every flaw it had. Truck was is beautiful condition. I would fly back and buy another! Experience was great, Thanks guys

we came in at 5:30 to look at a few trucks and Bill was so rude to us, he was SO inconvenienced by the fact that we were there 30 before closing. He mentioned several times that they were about to close and was irritated that he had to get keys for a few cars. He said come back tomorrow and you can test drive a car for 20 mins....20 mins?! all other dealerships in town are offering 1 hour test drives. just a horrible experience overall and we will NEVER come back
