Tony made my trade in and getting a Cross trek so easy. I got many texts from Mastrovito managers that they wanted my low milage Elantra. With this years snow, I finally took advantage. Whoever gets my trade in, enjoy the 43-45 mpg. I'll miss that, but happy for the trade to an all-wheel drive vehicle.

They made getting my maintenance work completed easy. By giving me a ride to and from my appointment the service didn’t interfere that much with my daily routine. Which in the past at other dealers getting maintenance on my vehicle was a nuisance and i would put it off as long as i could. Mike Cardello was very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle and in sync with our desires for vehicle features and options. He went out of his way to help us get the Hyundai app downloaded on our phones and explain how to use it. Great sales person! Financing experience was also very easy and "painless". No high pressure tactics to buy extras. On day of delivery Gabrielle provided a very detailed overview of all the vehicle features and ensured we we able to get our cell phones were properly synced up with the car and we understood how everything worked. The service dept. Is always welcoming. They take the time to explain any costs that you may incur and also support it with photos. Luke as all service members maintained contact from start to finish including walking me to my car when finished

Engine compartment was full of leaves and it looked as if someone sprayed the engine with muddy water!!!!
