Richa’d was exceptional!

Richa’d was exceptional! He made the car buying process very easy. He was upfront and honest through out the entire process. I highly recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle with him. Jonas, the F&I Manager was just as exceptional. He explained every detail of what was signing and was very personable and knowledgeable. Kudos to the both of these guys for making our experience top tier!

My salesman, Carl (Big Country) was an absolute pleasure

My salesman, Carl (Big Country) was an absolute pleasure to work with. He listened to what I had to say and accomplished everything I wanted/needed. The owner was personally involved and truly cares about his customers. The whole staff is awesome!

Dishonest and deceiving business!

Dishonest and deceiving business! The prices listed online are NOT what they are in person! DO NOT WASTE TIME going there. Suggest the Calavan CDJR Lithia Springs be more up front and list prices as they truly are. There was almost a 10K difference between whats falsely posted on website vs what the actually price is. Don't hide or put things in the fine print to get people in the STORE! Value your customers and their time. LIST THE REAL PRICE And stop trying to trick people or scam them of their time! This should be illegal and suggest these car sales platforms start vetting these posting to avoid scammers like this.

He is the most professional, caring, and courteous employee we have experienced at this location. He was ALWAYS pleasant and extremely responsive by texts and phone calls regarding working on our Jeep Renegrade. Please know what a very valuable employee he is. Omg Mr.

Omg Mr. Hooper and Mr. Whitehead was so helpful and understanding, I came across a problem and got it resolved instantly I def will refer this dealership to ANYONE. I worked with Cam Connally at this dealership, so I went

I worked with Cam Connally at this dealership, so I went in on a Wednesday evening to test drive the car. He took my info and took my drivers license to make a copy. I guess with everything else going on (i.e trying to make a sale) I didn’t realize he never returned my drivers license. I didn’t realize until Saturday I didn’t have my drivers license. My boyfriend called the dealership letting them know the situation and they just put him on hold for 20 minutes without an answer; that was Enough time for us to drive back to the dealership. When I went inside, another sales person looked for my drivers license but couldn’t find it. He stated that Cam wasn’t there but he must have it on him since it wasn’t at the location. No attempts by the staff to contact Cam or anything were made because he wasn’t there. I call Cam myself and without skipping a beat he stated that he had my drivers license but not once did he attempt to reach out to me telling me he had it so I could make arrangements to get it from him before I called him on Saturday. Saturday he made every excuse about how he couldn’t get it to me and had no urgency about it. I called him around 12ish to see how we keep make arrangements to meet. I had to reach out to him again around 6pm and Cam says that he wouldn’t be able to get me my drivers license on Saturday and I would have to wait until Monday to get it. Completely unacceptable!! I told him I needed it sooner than that and we needed figure out how he was going to get it to me. We finally agreed to meet at the mall at 1pm the following day. At 1:15pm I called him and he still gave me excuses about how he couldn’t get me my drivers license due to things he had going on and telling me I would have wait 30min+ for him to get there. This is whole experience has been super unprofessional because after knowing you have a customers personal property such as a drivers license, there was no urgency regarding how to get me my property back. I don’t feel safe now because who knows what was done with my information my drivers license. I won’t be returning to do any business with this dealership. I have called to speak to the manager multiple times but have yet to get a call back.

this is the worst place to invest your money for their

this is the worst place to invest your money for their cars. They will act like your car deal went through and then 30 days call you back, saying it did not go through return the car and they will not give you your deposit back. This is the most unprofessional from the GM to the manager to the sales rep to finance department I've ever seen do not waste your time here you would not get your deposit back

I remember talking to Miss Butler about my deposit as well. She brushed me off like my little money didn't mean anything she claims she would investigate and return my call she did not want to take my number down. She said she had caller ID. She was very rude, unprofessional, and ghetto, sounding all at the same time, that place is not worth investing their time or their money I don't know what kind of deals they make and then turn around and cancel the deals and won't give people the deposit back but I work hard for my money and I know so do you
